« Very friendly and accommodating staff- from reception to bartender. Rooms were very nice. Fries were delicious. Obviously it’s not the Four Seasons but for the price it’s a very good hotel and won’t disappoint. »

« Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon ! Petit bémol : Les bouteilles d'eau payantes dans la chambre. Autant les enlever ou à défaut, ajouter un mini-bar. »

« Overall it was fine, to be a luxury hotel like the name says it needs to be clean. The sheets and bed skirt had stains and so did the sofa in the room. The bathroom door had soap scum on it. »

« Bel hôtel, personnel avenant et séjour agréable, avec un rooftop tres appréciable. Le problème, c'est le quartier qui apparaît comme peu sûr. Cette remarque est valable pour Portland en lui-même, un sentiment anxiogène lié a la présence de nombreux drogués qui marchent ou squattent dans les rues. Dommage pour cette ville »
