Gentile ospite Grazie della sua recensione, siamo sempre lieti di ricevere consigli e suggerimenti per migliorare il nostro servizio. Ci dispiace che ci abbia dato un voto negativo per il check in. Al momento della prenotazione è scritto chiaramente che il nostro check in termina alle ore 18.30. Vi abbiamo inviato una mail nei giorni precedenti all'arrivo per ricordarvelo e ci avete risposto informandoci che sareste arrivati tra le 20 e le 21. Dopo vari messaggi siete arrivati alle 21.45, quindi oltre 3 ore dopo la chiusura del nostro checkin. Vi abbiamo comunque aspettato ma la nostra è una piccola struttura, a gestione familiare, e non è stato facile per noi. Speriamo comunque che abbiate gradito il soggiorno nella nostra città. Hi, we are sorry, our check in close at 18.30 - like you can see in the hotel rules - but we can wait the guests that are on late if we know it, or if the guest contact us. We tried to contact you the week until your arrive, and than the day of your reservation by mail, message, whatsapp and phone. You never answered. We waited you until 20.30, and then we close. You called us at 23.30 when you arrived, but is too late for us. We reserved the room for you, and for this you paid it. kind regards Angela
