« Lovely cottage. Very close to fabulous beach. Cafes bars restaurants all close by. Wetsuit hire, board hire etc. A couple of minor niggles have been reported to owner who responded positively but nothing that would stop us booking again. Adult bedroom on ground floor while others upstairs could be an issue for some. »

« Jessica was very accommodating and always answered questions immediately prior to our arrival and was on hand across the road during our stay. Polbrock was clean and very accommodating with lots of high end equipment and an abundance of all the essentials needed, towels, toilet rolls washing liquid dishwasher and washer tabs, kitchen roll. « A very clean upside down minimalistic house with many stairs. The garden had been neglected a few light bulbs had not been replaced and some toilet seats were loosel but we enjoyed our stay. »

A nice touch.The house was perfect for our needs particularly the location being so close to the beach and village facilities. « Wharf cottage is perfectly situated for the 7 bays and access to Padstow.In a quiet location near a campsite and amongst 10 or so other properties converted from farm buildings. It’s an upside down property and very well insulated. The property is clean and well furnished. It is missing a dishwasher and shower curtain for the second bathroom but otherwise everything else is exactly as you would need and well supplied. Dog friendly but didn’t smell of Dogs.
