  • Make your Pagosa Springs getaway easy and memorable at this comfortable, dog-friendly studio condo, ideally located near the area's lakes, golf course, recreation, and famous hot springs. With views of the San Juan Mountains and a covered porch, this inviting retreat offers a convenient home base for exploring Southwest Colorado.

    Step outside onto the covered porch to enjoy the fresh mountain air and surrounding views, or spend your days exploring the recreation available nearby. The Pagosa Golf Club, a public course featuring 27 championship holes, is less than a mile away. Five private lakes are also nearby, with four regularly stocked for fishing, providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy time outdoors.

    For even more recreation, a private rec center is located less than a block away, while nearby trails offer opportunities for hiking during the warmer months. When winter arrives, head approximately 27 miles to Wolf Creek Ski Area for skiing and snowboarding.

    The heart of Pagosa Springs is also easy to reach. Downtown and the area's famous hot springs are approximately four miles away, while shopping and dining are within easy walking distance of the condo. The San Juan River runs through town and offers additional opportunities for fishing, tubing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Great Studio

Great studio for two adults. Loved having the onsight washer and dryer, and a kitchen that if we had cooked it was ready. It's summer, however there is a wood burning fire place for the folks the travel to Pagosa in the Winter. So close to hot springs and waterfalls.

Townhouse Pagosa

We love staying in Pagosa at the townhouse! Great place, very clean, had everything we needed!! The sofa bed was usually comfortable! The Murphy bed was amazing! We were not too far from anything we wanted to do! Spent most days fishing at Big Meadows. Thank you!

Pagosa stay.

The condo was just right for me and my husband and our little dachshund. It was clean except for the carpet had some stains. The condo was in a good area. Love the walking paths around the condo. The only draw back is there was no air conditioning and afternoons were hot. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for the price

This ended up being a more affordable option than most small hotel rooms in the area. Check in and check out with super easy and the grounds were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed staying for Christmas and it fit all of our needs. The only thing I would maybe recommend adjusting is that the water heater runs out of hot water very quickly which makes it hard when you have multiple people trying to shower. And the toilet seat was really small. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.

Ski vacation

We arrived to a well appointed unit. Small, but only two of us. The Murphy bed was verry comfortable. Enough kitchen equipment to cook what we wanted. Replaced several light bulbs with higher wattage so reading was easier. We left our books that were completed for the next guests.

No amenities

It would have been nice if they included a pass to the recreation center for what we paid to stay here. Not enough toilet paper, not enough trash bags for a two week stay. Problems with the door lock. Sometimes the lock would not open and I would try it many times. I management know and it was like going around on a merry go round. Then after a week the lock stopped locking. I let them know again and finally after two days they sent Evon the maintenance person. He did get it fixed so we could lock it but still had problems with opening it. They need a new lock. Cook range was uneven and pans were warped. Had problems with the tv apps. The passcode didn’t work and then as I was trying to work it the tv screen went to some kind of upgrade message. Called management and they sent Evon again and he got it going again but I had to use my own Netflix and Amazon app accounts.

The property was spacious enough for one person or a couple, possibly more if the family has small children. All amenities were available. The property was easily navigable for the Pagosa Springs area and a great find. Overall, very quiet neighborhood so it was very nice to walk around in the evening or sit on the porch. I really appreciated the check-ins from the manager and the help I needed initially getting in, as well as details for check-out. I would recommend this property to others interested in booking the area. Overall good value for the time there. The only upgrade I would consider for this property is to do a "spring cleaning" outdoors so that, as you sit on the porch and open the windows, all bugs and remnants are gone, and the screens are in good order. The outside floodlight was constantly going off at night, and so the light would blaze through the apartment. One thing not included in the booking was the "hospitality" fee, an additional amount I did not factor into my overall cost.

Cozy Pagosa Retreat

Located in a quiet neighborhood near the golf course, this cozy condo offers ample amenities for a comfortable stay in Pagosa Springs. The small kitchen was stocked with sufficient cookware and utensils to cook a full meal. There was even coffee for the coffee maker. The bed was comfortable with plenty of linens. The bathroom, although not as clean as I would have liked, provided ample towels and all of the necessary toiletries. It should be noted that the bathroom door has been damaged, so it takes a bit of maneuvering to shut it completely, and it doesn't open quite fully. A minor defect, but one we found slightly annoying. There is also a large covered deck with a nice view of the mountains.

Pagosa Springs Condo

The condo was perfect for our quick getaway. It was clean and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and the grocery store. We would definitely go back to this property.
