  • This home has spectacular views and is located in one of the most desirable vacation areas in Pagosa, just 8 Minutes from Town and about 15 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Basin. Hiking, fishing and exploring are all around this cabin.

    This is a real log home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and room for all to enjoy, including the hot tub in the garage where you can open the garage door and enjoy the views from the tub. Also in the garage is a ping pong table and fuse ball for some extra fun! You enter the home on the 2nd floor with a 2 sided deck to enjoy the views and to prepare your meals on the gas griddle and gas grill. You enter the home in to the living room, dining room and kitchen area as a great room with full height windows, gas fireplace/stove, smart TV, leather couches, large dining table and a perfect kitchen for the best chef. On this same level is the king bed master suite and also the laundry area.

    Upstairs is the loft with TV, and the second bedroom with private bath and queen bed and more views. Downstairs from the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed and full bed. This room also has a private full bathroom. This level has access to the garage with a hot tub and other areas to play.

    This home is located in the San Juan River Village subdivision with private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.

    All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
    We highly recommend 4WD vehicles during the winter.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying at this property in Pagosa. Communication was excellent, and we loved being off the beaten path yet only 10 minutes from town. Also loved having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. We all loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO location yet near Wolf Creek

A group of us have been doing an annual Wolf Creek, snowboard trip for the last few years. by far, this location and VRBO has been the best one yet. Many good amenities and enough room for our group created an awesome experience. Highly recommend this VRBO

Great place

Excellent spot between the town of Pegosa Springs and the Wolf Creek ski area. House was very clean and has great amenities. The property managers were also fantastic and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for families/friend groups traveling to the area.

Cabin in the woods

Beautiful cabin situated about 15 minutes east of town. Clean and well cared for. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the deck a looking at the mountain views.

The house had great views, was clean and comfortable and great amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub! Communicating with the host was really easy! They were always quick to answer any text messages and checkout was a breeze!

Amazing views, amazing place!

This house is in the perfect location! Just outside Pagosa Springs in a very quiet neighborhood, but not super close to other houses. It is the quintessential mountain cabin with plenty of living space, but a cozy feel. The kitchen is well-stocked and it’s nice that each bedroom has an easily accessible bathroom. It was just what our weary souls needed!

Mu husband, our 2 kids (1, and 4) and myself state for a week in this cabin. We had the best time. Super friendly people to work with., they are responded immediately to questions Ect. Definitely recommend.

A wonderful, snowy stay

This home met all of our Pagosa needs. It’s spacious and provided great sledding for our kids. Lori, the host, was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent house with a great location between Pagosa and Wolf Creek. The house was perfect for our teenage sons and adults. We will definitely rent here again when in the area!!!
