Coastguard Cottage is a fabulous 2 Bedroom Cottage full of character, ideal for families, friends and couples. Nestled next to Paignton Harbour, boasting cafes, restaurants and regular boat trips to nearby Brixham and Torquay. Paignton Beach is only a few minutes walk away and keen coastal walkers can join the South West Coastal Path from the cottage and enjoy the beautiful views across Torbay. You can also catch the Dartmouth Steam railway close by, to arrive at Dartmouth in style! There really isn't much need get back into your car once you've arrived, with so much on offer on your doorstep.


In the months of May through to October why not attend one of the many annual events and festivals in the area, Torbay Air Show, Paignton Festival, The Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Devon County Show, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth food festival.


The cottage has been refurbished and presented with meticulous attention to detail and great style with a maritime theme which is perfect for its location and surroundings. It offers quintessential seaside cottage ambience and will suit a family, friends or couples looking for a traditional cottage holiday in Paignton. With the harbour, beach, pier, cinema and town centre an easy walk away, you can enjoy a selection of eateries, entertainments and shops serving day to day needs whilst on holiday.


Many more local attractions are also easily reached by car and regular buses or trains leaving the centre of Paignton. Paignton Zoo is a fabulous day out for everyone.

Living Area


There is a luxury two seater Ercol sofa and two armchairs. In the corner, there is a flat screen TV with DVD. It is heated by a radiator and a fireplace.


Dining Area


This area has a wooden table with four chairs and a dresser full of all the crockery and cutlery you'll need. Hallway between the dining area and the kitchen there is a door to access the enclosed garden.


Kitchen


The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer and a washing machine.


Sleeping


The main bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite with shower, hands wash basin and WC. There is a DAB Radio with iPod docking station and a hairdryer.

The second bedroom has two single beds.


Bathroom


There is a WC with basin on the ground floor. The en-suite shower room is located off the master bedroom, this is the only bathroom, shared by both bedrooms.


Outside


Small enclosed garden to front. Enclosed courtyard garden to rear (table & chairs provided).


Parking


Unrestricted on-road parking close by or a parking permit can be purchased for the nearby car park online.


This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
