„Out of all the Condos available to rent, this one by far is in the best location. End of the street on the corner with the beach trail directly behind the house, and close, easy access to the pond. Anne was fantastic and the house was adorable and spacious. The only bad thing was the swarms of mosquitoes that made it impossible to leave the house without being covered in clothes or bug spray. That being said a local let us know they are not usually that bad and they came after the recent storm. ...

„We went on a trip for my birthday. We usually travel to Rockport for my birthday, but my father in law's place was occupied, so we decided to do something different this year. All I can say is that we had a great time and if your looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place to go! We had a very great experience and we will be going again when we get the chance.“

„This place was perfect for our trip. The beach was a short walk and not crammed with people. Ice machine even close by, that was a plus. Everything was as listed and we brought our side x side/utv which was perfect for the longer beach explorations. The house was really comfy and equipped with what we needed. Being able to bring our dog that didnt have to weigh under 50lbs was awesome! He loved the beach runs and laying out on the deck. Thank your for sharing your home!“

This condo community is unique to Matagorda as it has a beautiful pool area. Great for families . I have future plans to stay in this condo again for sure.“
