Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen, Luigi ist einer der herzlichsten Menschen die ich kennenlernen durfte und die Wohnung & Ausstattung könnte nicht besser sein. Er hat uns von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und uns die Wohnung gezeigt, als wir während unseres Aufenthalts ein kleines Problem hatten, stand er am nächsten Morgen direkt vor der Tür um uns zu helfen. Die Wohnung beinhaltet wirklich alles was man braucht. Vorherige Urlauber lassen gerne mal was zurück, wie Sonnencreme oder einen Sonnenschirm, somit kann man in der Not immer auf solches zurückgreifen. Luigi sorgt zusätzlich dafür, dass Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Wasser, Kaffee, Gewürze etc vorhanden sind, damit der erste Tag schon unkompliziert beginnt. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Markt ist direkt vor der Tür, die Kathedrale und die Haltestellen sind auch fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Vom Balkon ist die Aussicht so super, dass wir alle 10 Nächte dort verbracht haben. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!
I can only confirm the things which other visitors have already said, Luigi is one of the kindest people I have ever met and the apartment & equipment couldn’t be better. He picked us up from the bus station and showed us the apartment. We had a slight problem during our stay and he came and helped us the next morning. The apartment includes everything you need. Previous visitors have left things like sunscreen and parasols for the next ones so you don’t have to panic if you forgot things like these. Luigi also leaves things like toilet paper, water, coffee and spices so you don’t have to worry about that on your first day. The location is amazing, the market is right in front of the house, you can arrive at the cathedral and bus stations within 10 minutes. The view from the balcony is really beautiful, we spend all 10 nights out there. We will definitely come back!
