Hôtel près de Palisade Park, Wichita, Wichita

« I rented 7 rooms for a family gathering. Paid 2,300 for 2 nights. Repeatedly asked for extra bedding for the fold out couches and was always told in the wash. One room door wouldn’t lock when leaving. Did switch rooms but no discount and that door ended up doing the same thing. No discount. One room was straightened and bed remade but door was left ajar. The overhead light in our room was out . Was always told no maintenance on the weekend. Just frustrated all the way around!! »

« We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets. »

« We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down. »

« The entire motel smelled of smoke and dampness. Breakfast was bread for the toaster, two bananas, and fruit loops. Had to keep the very loud air conditioner running non stop to keep it comfortable. No maid service over two day stay. Get what you pay for »

« Wonderful hotel! Perfect area to explore and stay. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Will be staying here again! »

« We did a quick overnight at this hotel and it was very nice. Clean, quiet facility with good beds and good showers. »

« The staff was so helpful and kind, never seemed bothered if I had a question. Parking was very convenient. Only complaint, the evening we were there for the food/drinks, the noisr level was quite high, but there were 3 different sports teams staying, nothing bad, just hard for us older folk. But all in all, a good place to stay. Would do it again when in Wichita »

« Not enough people at the front desk making line ups. The hostess at the restaurant was not nice or helpful, with a hint of arrogance…. We decided not to eat there. »

« Stayed here for 6 days Mon-Sunday. My room was cleaned once on Wed. Totally unacceptable »

« We only stayed a short bit while traveling. Room was damp and smelled musty. Breakfast was good. »
