GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Other things to note

STARTER KIT
The home will be prepared for your comfort and enjoyment upon your arrival. As is customary for vacation rentals, and as a courtesy to you, we will provide these items to get your trip off to a comfortable start; however, any additional supplies will be your responsibility.

Also, a pool heater is available if requested for an extra $20 per night fee to keep it running to heat the pool between 80-85 degrees. Please request at least a week before your arrival date.
