To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally document my serious dissatisfaction with the property I rented, which was advertised and represented to me as a luxury residence. Despite contacting customer service at least five times regarding these issues, I have received no meaningful response.Upon arrival and throughout my stay, I encountered numerous problems that made the property both misrepresented and, in some cases, unsafe:• Interior doors between bathrooms and bedrooms would not close due to flooring height issues, eliminating basic privacy.• There were no shades or window coverings anywhere in the home, leaving me with no privacy at night or from neighboring properties.• A rat was found in the pool system, creating a serious sanitation concern.• The pool was not heated, despite my explicitly asking about this prior to booking and offering to pay extra for heating. I was assured a heater would be installed; this never occurred.• There were no garage clickers provided, making it impossible to conveniently or securely use the garage for vehicles.• Fire extinguishers were locked inside storage rooms that were also locked, creating a dangerous safety hazard. A fire marshal who visited the property expressed clear concern about this setup.• Several beds were poorly designed, with uncomfortable curved back supports that made sleeping difficult.• Outdoor furniture was arranged in a way that made it difficult to walk safely around the pool area, with potted pla
