INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
This vacation rental is fully furnished with Smart TVs and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pot, toaster, and a blender big enough for your pitcher of margs`.

Kitchen:
Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine openers, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice drawer, salt and pepper. Plus other cooking supplies oil, sprays, foil, cling wrap, etc.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For longer term guests, you may need to replenish additional supplies, or just let us know and we can supply more.

Location:
Known as Southern California’s most storied resort oasis, and surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges and palm trees galore, Palm Desert has long been associated with travel and adventure. This is the perfect location to get away from it all, while not being too far - it’s only 15 minutes from El Paseo and the heart of town.

Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

-WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available depending on scheduling. Once the unit is ready for check-in, we will let you know.

-WILL I NEED TO MEET THE HOST TO GET A KEY?
The property has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

-DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean may be provided for an additional fee.

-IS THE POOL/HOTTUB PRIVATE?
The pool/hot-tub are shared. However, the community has 45 pools for its residents. So you might have it all to yourselves!


DO YOUR HOMES HAVE MUSIC SYSTEMS?
We do have a sonos system inside for you and your guests to enjoy. Do note this is a quiet and peaceful community. The City prohibits the use of radios, musical instruments, sound systems and other sound-emitting devices outside a home or rental property between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We do not allow pets at this rental.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.

How to stay like a local: There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink minutes away from your unit. That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.
1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other neighbors.
2. No smoking (of any kind) ya feel me?
3. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture in the house.
4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!
5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to the Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.
6. There are occupancy limits we must follow. Help us follow the rules!

FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)

Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit

Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item

Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays

Unauthorized pets: $150/day
