The listing did disclaim that the actual villa may not match the photos in the listing, but it did not at any point disclose that the number of beds would differ from what was promised. « Worst experience. A few days before our trip the host canceled us via messages. It being coachella weekend, we had to scramble and find a different property. Our reservation was never considered "cancelled" on Vrbo and was still listed as a "booked" reservation. Hence why I am able to write this review. Technically if the reservation is canceled on Vrbo, we would have been notified via email AND guests aren't prompted to write a review. I myself am a short term rental host and know the back end...

Obligé de téléphoner à la permane nce qui est venue une heure plus tard essayer de nous trouver un logement.l accueil fermait à 17heures.
