Ground floor condo
Stay was 1 month. Enjoyed time there - had visited last year but different unit. Loved the large patio on main. Somewhat dark as large windows on north side. New appliances were great. Kitchen sufficiently supplied. Close to downtown - great location.

I have been to this condo property before and really like it. The owners were very responsive and made it easy to be their guest. This condo in a downstairs, north facing condo. There is a hot tub just outside the condo patio! It was great for me to be able to bring my bike into the patio.

Post stay haggle.
Everything was fine until we got a follow up from the owners. They were upset that we had moved some furniture - two patio chairs into the living room and one fluffy chair to a different spot in one bedroom. We also took down a couple pictures., one of which was distasteful and stored these in the closet. The owners were going to hire a handyman to rehang the pictures and move the furniture. I assumed a charge for that which was about 15 minutes of work. I was told that furniture could not be moved without owner's permission. The whole conversation got out of hand, where I suggested they were peeing on 5 1/2 month rental with silliness. They ignored the fact that zi re-hung a kitchen cabinet door which fell off instead of hiring a handyman, tightened up screws on a table which was ready to fall apart, and took a propane tank to the gas station for the owner. Finally, they accused us of breaking some lock. The only lock we used was the front door and it was definitely not broken when we left. I thought we were very careful with the unit. We even bought a new cover for use in the microwave oven as the provided one was damaged by contact with hot tomato sauce or something. All this nonsense over a few things which the owners could easily have remedied with 15 minutes of effort. Oh well, I will pay whatever just to wipe this silliness away.

Renter paid utility bill on time during their stay. They locked themselves out from the condo during their stay due to their own carelessness and then hired someone to break the dead bolt lock and in that process destroyed the door lock which needs a replacement and whole installation. Renter's wife rearranged several furnitures in the condo, removed several pictures and mirrors from the wall and threw them carelessly in the closet without any notification or our consent. Renter is anti-LGBT and removed a tasteful art picture by a world famous photographer from the wall. They took the liberty to rearrange everything in the kitchen closets and remove several expensive wine glasses and pots and pans from the shelves and threw them in boxes and put in the closet. The condo was left filthy dirty and our housekeeper cleaned the place for seven hours to make it habitable again. They removed patio furniture seat cushions and put them in bedroom closet. We have never hosted such a rude and disrespectful guest in our condo during the last nineteen years. They also spilled white paint on our patio outdoor carpet and ruined it in that process. This renter has no concept that they are staying in someone else's home and they need permission from the landlord before making alterations in the condo. In short, I strongly recommend homeowners to not allow this renter to stay in your home since they will do this again and cause damages to your property furnishings. Renter and his wife is extremely rude and arrogant and left a bizarre note in the condo describing how they have rearranged all furnishings in the condo to make it look better. Simply an awful experience and a word of caution to not rent your home to this disrespectful renter. They have no concept of a boundary between renter and owner and not to rearrange furnishings in a property that is not owned by them.

Very Nice Property
We have stayed in this complex before so we knew what we were looking for. Everything was as agreed. The larger back yard was a plus as we pretty much live there.

good complex
Some confusion on check-in as we had to pick up keys from resident- couldn't get them by mail as we were out of country. A little light on basic supplies. Pools and tennis courts are outstanding with super views. Location is good near requisite shopping. Decks with BBQ are ok but not much sun BUT hot tub steps away. Only suggestion -- have a welcome memo outlining location of garbage , laundry, gym etc in complex. Good vacation unfortunately cut short by having to catch a flight home given covid-19.

Well located with lots to do!
This unit is well located for good household shopping, fast food and a couple of more formal spots to eat. There are good facilities, tennis courts, pools, hot tubs and a gym that are well maintained and clean. The grounds are also kept to a very high standard. The unit comes with a covered secure parking space. There is a "private" hotted right outside the patio. It never seemed to be used in the evening. Bhaskar is an excellent host. He is available by message and usually responds within 5 minutes or less. The unit is a bit dated and he acknowledged that some updating is needed. Overall it met my basic needs, lots of hot water, comfortable sleep, ice maker and good TV/wifi.

Immaculate grounds with friendly residents
We found the 3 pools and 2 hot tubs well kept as well as all of the grounds. The first floor condo was convenient to the pool area. The condo was quiet as it was on the inside and not on Sunrise Way. The condo had poor lighting in the living room, was cluttered and not clean. Once we cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen we were comfortable enough to enjoy our stay. Note the description of bed configuration is incorrect. There is not a bedroom with 3 singles. There is also not a printer available. We were disappointed by the electricity, WiFi & internet charge that was deducted from our deposit. We had missed the last sentence of the 6th paragraph of the description, which stated renter was responsible for these charges. It was the only mention of these charges and they were not an up front charge, but a deduction from the deposit. This event turned our stay from an ok experience to a negative customer service experience. We would certainly stay at this property again, just not in this condo.

It is very unfortunate that the renter posted a review filled with false statements and bitterness after spending a wonderful time in our condo during April. She was notified via phone as well as the listing website prior to booking that renter is responsible for paying electric and internet bill. And this has been our rental policy for all guests on a consistent manner. Renter refused to pay bill after massive usage of electricity such as air conditioning in the condo. So she feels bitter and decided to post a bunch of false statements in the review. We have more than sufficient lights in the living room and bedrooms. Renter moved two large floor lamps from living room to master bed room even though there are three lamps in the master bedroom and then complains that there is not enough light in the livIng room. We also found out that she rearranged several livIng room furnishings without our prior consent and also left the condo filthy dirty upon departure. We recently updated one bedroom with one new queen bed to replace two twin beds and she was also notified about that matter via phone. She decided to lie about it since we had forgotten to remove one old picture of the two beds from the listing. Renter unplugged and removed the printer from the bedroom table and put it inside the closet to make room and then lied that we have no printer. Our maid spent 6 hours to clean the dirty condo and I had to pay extra cleaning fee from my own pocket. This renter is very rude and disrespectful of our upscale furnished condo and we do not recommend to other homeowners to rent their condo to this guest. We have already notified and alerted several of our friends in our condo complex about her poor rental habit and unwillingness to pay utility bills. This was a very bad experience for us and do not recommend this renter to any other homeowners.

It was nice to have a two bedroom with the hot tub right off the patio. The condo was clean. Some of it needs updating, but it was comfortable and had what we needed. The owner charges for your electric bill. The guest beds are a bit hard and you may want to bring mattress toppers. Nice to have free internet and good tv in living room.

Your rental agreement clearly stated that you are responsible for utility bill payment.
