We checked in on 12/28 with our friends and waited in line for over an hour for our room keys. We went to the heated pool, but the water temperature was completely inadequate and became colder and colder, as if the heating had stopped.
No hot water in our room. Moreover, the heater was out of order. We had to sleep wearing our jackets.
At the same time, our friends’ room doesn't have hot water either. They informed the hotel and were told they would be notified once the issue was fixed, but they never received any notification and the water remained cold.
The next morning I called the front desk to report that we had no heat and no hot water. The staff member simply told me that their engineer would not start work until 8am and asked me to call back later. I explained that we had travel plans and would not be staying in the room to deal with these issues, but she only told me to call again later to request repairs.
That evening, when we returned to the hotel, I immediately went to the front desk requesting a room change.The staff reassigned a room to us. When we carried all our luggages and walked all the way from building 4 to building 1, only to find that room had only one bed. I had to go back to the front desk AGAIN and that indifferent staff told me there's no two bed room left, but a few moment later, she assigned me a two bed room and that room didn't have hot water either. Terrible experience. Don't recommend this property.
