We enjoy our family reunion at this house. The house and pool were both roomy for 8 adults. It was great to have a BBQ also. Kitchen and bathrooms were both well equipped. The only negative point was that it was not very clean. There was dog hair everywhere, a lot of dog hair! Some of the dishes, pans and silverware needed cleaning before we could use them. The ceiling fans were caked with dirt/dust. I was afraid to turn it on. The location up near the hills of Palm Springs was great. Hiking trails are nearby and the views are fantastic. If it were cleaned up, I would stay again. Maybe they were having a bad week.

This was a very mediocre property. Downsides include a call the DAY OF CHECK-IN that the pool & hot tub was refinished and we were unable to use the hot tub, AC inoperable the day of check in, shower head in the main bathroom unusable, very dirty floor throughout the house, and a handful of cockroaches in bedrooms found. The house is old but slightly updated just to clear basic needs and standards. When it’s 106 outside and the lowest you can set the AC to is 74, the house never really cools down. Maintenance was responsive. Would not stay again

We had a wonderful experience at Paradise Splash. The house is even more beautiful and comfortable in person. We were a group from 18 to 79 and there was something for everyone. We had a few small issues and Acme was incredibly responsive and quick to make sure we had what we needed. The pool table and the card table/bumper pool were well used. And the pool, hot tub and the outdoor grounds were amazing. Every morning, a few of us did the nearby hike up the mountain that offered beautiful views. We look forward to coming back!

This is a well appointed home with fantastic views. It is at the end of a road right beneath the canyon- very quiet and secluded. The pool was fabulous and the ability to grill was so tempting, we did that several nights. Downtown is just a short Uber away. We made a day of doing the tram airway and walking the nature trail- everyone enjoyed it.

This property was as advertised. Spacious inside and out. The master bedroom is very warm, the A/C didnt work well. The pool and the hot tub were good sizes. The pool was fairly dirty / cloudy when we arrived so that was a major disappointment. It cleared up after a couple days, but should’ve been clear the whole time. That’s why we rented the house. We liked the location, which is was central yet quite. Communication with the property managers was fantastic. They were extremely attentive and answered promptly to any questions I had. They resolved an issue with the pool skimmer and were so so helpful getting our Apple TV back to us when we left it at the house. Best property management I’ve dealt with.

We came down to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends. The house was somehow even better than it looked. Spacious, clean, fun decor and really functional. The pool was warm and inviting, the hot tub was great, once it got fixed and corn hole and pool were super fun. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for a rental. We love to cook and it really had everything that we needed to create fabulous meals and cocktails. Maybe the best part was the location. The house is near the end of a cul de sac that ends in a lovely hiking trail. We were far enough away from town to feel the beautiful outdoors, but close enough to pop over for anything that we needed. I can't wait to come back again.

We had a surprise bachelorette here and this propery was PERFECT. We want to come back every year! There’s so much open indoor space to play, the dining room was perfect for all of us to sit together, and the outside area feels spacious/secluded even though it’s in a neighborhood. We barely wanted to leave for our dinner in town.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved every minute of our stay here. The location is close to town, but in a lovely hillside neighbourhood that overlooks Palm Springs and the windmills. We took many walks around the neighborhood, which was lovely. The house is well maintained and is equipped with everything we could want. It was clean, and the decor was wonderful. When we arrived there were tiny ants in the kitchen, but Acme took care of it right away. Also, the people who maintain the pool and garden visited and they were so nice and helpful. This home made our vacation extra special and we were sad to leave. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.
