Inside, the living area offers spacious surroundings with comfortable seating and a 50' HD TV. You'll find your way easily around the modern, well-designed gourmet kitchen; it's fully equipped and large enough to handle the demands of a family or for entertaining. Features include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop stove, and breakfast bar seating.

The large master suite is an intimate retreat complete with an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable King size bed, and a 32' HD TV. There is also a sliding door with direct access to the pool & backyard area. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower. Two feature queen beds and the third a king bed. All three bedrooms include HD TVs as well.

Perched just north of Palm Springs International Airport, this getaway will be easy to find upon arrival. When you want to venture out, make the short three-mile drive over to downtown and spend the day exploring the best of this desert city. For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails and golf courses will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
