- Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Das erbaudatum war schon mal sehr eindrücklich. Mit dem maurisch angehauchten riesigen eingangstor in einen patio und folgendem garten, dem steilen treppenaufstieg zu den gemächern - war eindrücklich! Leider war schon der patio und garten lieblos ungepflegt und hat nicht zum verweilen eingeladen!! Die empfangsräume sind gewohnheitsbedürftig, vollgestopft und locken auch nicht dazu, sich wohlig vom trubel der stadt zu erholen geschweige denn, sich willkommen und aufgehoben, in sicherheit zu fühlen. Das zimmer im dachstock war kläglich. Einigermassen sauber. Toiletten gibt es ganze 2 stück auf den hauptstockwerken. Soweit so gut, aber wenn dann noch die eine davon defekt und überläuft mit fäkalien und die andere logischerweise dauerbesetzt ist - dann wird es ganz schwierig bis unakzeptabel!!! Die hostelväter sind gefühlt, so alt wie das, eigentlich, schöne stadthaus, dem jedoch die würde und stolz des alterns fehlt. Das auschecken war ein cabarret, keine kartenzahlung möglich, ok. Aber nicht kleinste restgeldauszahlung möglich. Einfach kein rausgeld vorhanden!!! Phuuuu, 2 nächte, waren 2 nächte zuviel!! Diese, günstige übernachtungsmöglichkeit ist definitiv keine option!!! Schade!!! Ich würde mich nicht für das hostel verbürgen als reiseanbieter!!! Sorry. Susanne

Alles sehr alt und stark verwohnt. Beim Einchecken keine Verständigungsmöglichkeiten. Für eine Nacht gerade noch ok.

Günstige Lage; jedoch unbefriedigender Service
günstige Lage im Zentrum; Inhaber etwas unwirsch, da ich vor 10 Uhr am Neujahrsmorgen versucht habe habe, mein Gepäck abzugeben; Rezeption leider erst ab mittag erreichbar; Zimmer sehr einfach und hellhörig, Toilette auf dem Flur eine Etage tiefer; trotz Zusage wurde keine keine Quittung über Rechnungsbetrag ausgestellt; insgesamt nicht zufriedenstelleng
