The studio features a comfortable queen bed and futon, making it a great choice for couples, small families, or a quick coastal escape. Unlike your typical studio, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer. There’s also seating for 4, perfect for enjoying breakfast before heading out for the day.

One of the best features of this studio is the location! You’re just a short walk to the beach and close to some of Panama City Beach’s favorite restaurants and entertainment.

Popular spots including Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge and Ms. Newby’s are within walking distance, so you can enjoy food, drinks, live entertainment, and nightlife without worrying about driving. Even better, the resort is located within a small shopping center, putting several convenient amenities right nearby, including a European grocery store, a Mexican restaurant, a cozy bistro, a winery, massage services, shopping, and more!

Per HOA Rules, guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent. Parking: All guests must register their vehicles upon arrival using a QR code posted on the property. Automobile: $23.33 per stay (up to 30 days - max 2). Motorcycle: $11.85 per stay (up to 30 days). Boat/Trailer Parking & Boat Dock Access: $287.62 per stay (up to 30 days). Authorization from STS Management is required before arrival. (Price is subject to change without prior notice).  PER HOA, NO TRAILERS ALLOWED EVEN DURING BIKE WEEK. IF YOU HAVE SEVERAL MOTORCYCLES, THEY ASK YOU TO SHARE A PARKING SPACE IF POSSIBLE.
