We loved our time at this beautiful property! We enjoyed having so many bedrooms to spread out and places to gather and hang. The host was always quick to respond with any issues we had and even sent us a nice 4th of July gift to enjoy! Our only surprise was the pool was smaller than what it looked like in the picture. But even with the smaller size of the pool we all enjoyed it! It was great for "kids" of all ages! We would definitely book there again!

My family was very impressed with this property! The owner was very helpful and was able to anticipate any needs or questions without us having to even ask. She even sent a treat to the Fathers in my family on Father’s Day! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again when we visit PCB in the future!!

This was an awesome house for our group of 14 (3 families). Short walk to the beach, private road off the main strip, and close to everything. The owner was very quick to respond and the check in/check out process was simple. We would definitely consider booking this house again if we return to PCB.

I just had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Panama City! The place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to the beach and local attractions but still felt private. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze.We loved the cozy vibe of the space, and the views from the balcony were stunning! It was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway in Panama City. Can’t wait to come back!

The house and location was perfect for our family to meet. We had people from Ohio, Illinois, Georgia, north and south Florida who enjoyed the beach location and the layout of the house. We were able to be together in the great room on the 2nd floor for eating and visiting.

We so enjoyed our time in PCB... despite the freezing temps and snow . The house was so lovely and decorated so wonderfully! It was tastefully done and not over the top. Also great for kids...not breakable so we were on edge. We were disappointed that due to the temps the pool heater didn't kick on, but we were so thankful for the beautiful views and short walk to the beautiful beach and gulf!The house was well equipped with all the necessities for traveling in and staying comfortably! The views and proximity and interior layout is hard to beat!!

Overall we found the property to be as advertised. We had two family units so having two separate kitchens and two separate laundries was nice. Beach access was great. Biggest disappointment was the heated pool which we felt like was not functioning properly. It was looked at promptly after we brought it up and they assured us it was working just that the cold temperatures were affecting it. They did offer us a refund of the heated pool fee but we had some unhappy kids as we were not able to utilize the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was able to accommodate 12 football players and five adults. Everything was clean and very sufficient enough beds to accommodate everyone’s needs. Both kitchens were fully equipment for appropriate cooking utensils. The area is very nice. Beach beachfront was a plus very nice location I recommend. You choose this property as your next vacation home.

Everything about our stay was great! From the fully stocked kitchens, the space to accomodate our large family, the walking distance to the beach, and the communication with the owner! We ran into a small problem with the pool, but the owner was quick to respond and made up for it. We will definitely recommend this to others and hopefully be back in the near future!

This is our second stay at this property. Our second experience was as good if not better than the first one. You couldn’t ask for better communication with an owner than we have experienced with Mirja! She is so easy to work with and is very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We were very pleased with our stay here. There was plenty of sleeping space for our large group and the property was very nice. The pool was a little smaller than we thought it would be, but was perfectly fine for our kids. The extremely close location to the beach and beach walkway was perfect. Our host regularly checked in to be sure we had everything we needed, and she was very responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in PCB. It was a large house with great amenities. The street is a small street with several private houses and a great access to a private beach! The house had every thing we needed. The host is so sweet and very responsive.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. We had plenty of space, and it's one of the few properties that we've found with two fully equipped kitchens AND two laundry units. It was clean, well maintained, and its proximity to the beach was fantastic. No need to load everything up for the entire day. We could run back to the house quickly and easily. Mirja was an exceptional hostess. She stayed in contact with us the entire time and was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question. We highly recommend this property.
