The check in was terrible. It took over an hour. First I did not have a reservation, yet I had the printed confirmation,, then I was forced to redo the multipage form for the condo, while I had a printed copy in my hand, then I produced my credit card statement where I had paid and then then they found my reservation and then they would not accept the vaccination tag on the dog so I had to get a paper signed by a vet . When I returned with the paper they did not even look at it but gave us the tag for his leash.The furniture in the condo was totally worn out. I can find better at goodwill. Two of the chairs were dangerous to sit in due to wobbly legs and the sofa was caved in.One of the toilets had not been cleaned.I would not recommend thsi condo to anyone.
