Phenomenal Property in PCB

I’ve stayed in many rental properties over the years and can truly describe this one as one of the best. The host has absolutely thought of everything and the intentionality makes for an amazing stay. We felt safe and sound and were pleased to meet a few friendly neighbors while we were heading back and forth from the beach/pool. If you’ve spent much time in “tropical” climates you know how difficult it can be to keep native bugs and such at bay, and this made the cleanliness of the property that much more impressive. I’m a person who is extremely particular about the way I keep my home and found nothing out of place or even a smidge of dust even in the typical, easy to miss places. Cannot recommend this place enough and would be thrilled to stay again in the future. The parking pass fees/armband policy has changed a bit, though this is trivial in comparison to the great experience overall. The host’s passion and desire to deliver a stellar stay was not lost on us. If this rental is available you must give it a try! Grateful to have made this find!

Beach vacation

Garrett's condo is absolutely perfect!! It was clean,comfortable, and convenient to the beach and lots of restaurants and activities. Parking was convenient-right outside the door. He provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which were great! We really enjoyed watching the turtles, coi fish, and cranes in the pond from our balcony. We were also greeted with a snack basket and bottle of wine.It was just a short walk down the walkway to the private beach access to enjoy the snow white sand and crystal clear ocean! We will definitely plan on coming back and definitely recommend this place.Thanks!Sheri

Perfect beach getaway

If you’re looking for a place to stay that gives you the home away from home vibe, this is definitely it. From the time of booking until the end of our trip, the owner communicated with us making sure that we were comfortable. Condo is nicely situated steps away from the beach and right off the strip from several restaurants and activities (go karts, slingshot, arcade, mechanical bull). The condo looks just like the pictures and the view from the balcony/patio is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again and again!!

First of all let me start out with the property manager Garrett Aune. Garrett is the best manager I have ever did business with. He was very nice and polite. Every time I had to contact him Garrett he was available and helpful. He made sure that my family and I had the best vacation possible. Now let me speak about the condo we had. Just have one word for that “PERFECT” everything was top notch. I don’t want to stay nowhere else but Sugar Beach Condominium at the Board Room.

Our stay at The Board Room was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location...just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze!Garret, the host, clearly takes pride in this condo and it shows in every detail. He stocked the place with snacks, drinks, and even sunscreen—such thoughtful touches that made a big difference. He was also extremely responsive and helpful any time we reached out, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our entire stay.The beds and pillows were unbelievably soft and comfortable, truly making it feel like a home away from home. There was even a closet full of beach supplies, which was such a nice surprise! The kids had a blast building sand castles.One of the sweetest parts of our trip was waking up to the view of the pond. The kids loved watching the turtles and giant fish each morning—it was such a special way to start the day.We had the best time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous, Clean 2 Bedroom Condo!

I came for Halloween weekend with a few friends and this place was absolutely gorgeous and clean! The owner helped me out on a last minute search to find a condo for the weekend. He was very communicative, friendly, and personable. The place looks like it should be in magazine with all of the black and white decor. It was on the beach and right across from the party we were going to so we could just walk across the street. Great central location! Great views from the balcony. I loved the place so much, I didn’t want to leave! I can’t wait to book it again!

Best spot ever !

We have stayed in this complex for five years and this is the nicest condo we could have imagined . Garrett is by far the best host ! Pictures do not do this condo justice - superbly clean , modern and just beautiful. Our teenage girls were in love with the bedrooms ! We cannot wait to stay here again!

I’m so glad we found this condo for our family vacation! I honestly could not have asked for anything better. The condo is amazing and made our vacation so enjoyable! It is such a modern beauty and so clean! You can tell this place was newly renovated and well maintained. So many things were provided that made our stay so easy. I especially loved all the beach items we could use. The owner is so kind and professional! He made sure we were well taken care of and well informed since the minute we booked. Amazing!!!

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely amazing!! The condo was so beautiful and clean. The owner was extremely helpful with communication and always responded. He was generous with having a few snacks, coffee and cleaning supplies available for us which was nice. Very convenient having the beach chairs available and the private beach access was so easy. The beach was quiet, not as crowded like high rise condos which we love! The girls loved watching the fish and turtles in the pond. Everything about our experience was AMAZING!!!

Amazing!

First, I need to say that I've been going to PCB for more that 40 years so very familiar with the area and different places that we have stayed. We have previously stayed at Sugar Beach and absolutely love the location. It is quieter at that end of the beach but with a lot of our favorite restaurants and activities still nearby. Now for this specific unit. When we walked in, we were speechless! This unit is absolutely gorgeous! Garrett (owner) renovated it to perfection. When we walked in, there was a bottle of wine, a tray of snacks, coffee/creamer and everything imaginable that you would need for your visit. The colors and scheme looked like something out of a magazine! Garrett was quick to answer any questions that I had and went well beyond to make us feel at home. The view off the balcony was spectacular with a lake full of turtles and fish with the pool and ocean in the background. Every morning and night, you would find us on the balcony! Garrett even provided beach chairs for our use! All we had to bring was a Cabana for some of our light skinned people. We would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Host and Property

Host was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo was outstanding a complete enjoyable experience. We will be back soon to stay with Garrett. The location of the condo property is perfect walking distance to everything a family needs for the youngest to the oldest. I highly recommend the host and his condo.
