The location was perfect, and we had a super cozy and comfortable stay for seven people. Renata was also a fantastic host and was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book again :)

The condo was so clean when we arrived. There was actually dish soap and hand soap provided. Something I havent found in previous listings. I asked Renata if they had extra chairs in the condo and in less than 30 min her and her husband brought 2 beach chairs by for us! An extra step she didn't have to do. She checked in with me through the week to make sure we didn't need anything. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we needed. The location was great. There was an on site bar and pizza place. 2 pools and a hot tub. The property was well maintained. It smelled so clean every morning! An extra plus for me was the full sized coffee maker as I prefer that over a Keurig but a Keurig is also provided for people who prefer those.

Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Very clean with comfortable beds. It was perfect for our girls family trip. The balcony was so nice and large with comfortable furniture. The building overall was very well cared for and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were great and easy to work with.

We don’t usually leave reviews, but in this case, we really want to thank the property owners for their hospitality and communication. They were very proactive in communicating with us before during and after our stay. Check in and check out we’re both very easy and the property was very inviting when we arrived.This building is located in a very convenient area and the amenities for the property were much better than several of the others we’ve stayed at. We have visited PCB for 10 family vacations over the last 15 years and we highly recommend this property for anyone with a large family.Unfortunately, one of the main things we’ve noticed about this area around Pier Park, is that it has just gotten too crowded. There are too many new condos and hotels in such a tight area that it’s causing overcrowding on the beaches and at Pier Park shopping and restaurants. Overall, everything at this property was in very good condition and clean, but the only thing we would have to comment on are the floors. Unfortunately they just weren’t very clean. On the day we arrived if you walked around barefoot it seemed like you had already been there for a week tracking in dirt and sand.

We loved it! Well equipped, decorated wonderfully ( check out those autographed guitars!) ,spacious, large balcony with perfect views, hosts were friendly and very attentive! We recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation space!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was very clean and we felt safe there. It’s a really pretty condo with lots of space. We got to meet Renata and her husband and they were very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a condo that sleeps 8 people, look no farther. This is the one!

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was absolutely great! Easy check in and out and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the snacks when we arrived and was perfect for our family which included 3 of our grandbabies. Our entire family enjoyed it and hope to stay again!

Aqua 1903 was in a great location for walking to attractions and restaurants such as Pier Park. The resort was family friendly and had plenty of convenient parking. The host was great!!!! Renate was quick to respond to any and all questions.

5 stars for a great week!!!

We had a wonderful stay! When we arrived, everything was clean and they even left us with cold water bottles in the fridge and snacks on the counter. The owners have this condo stocked with more essentials than any condo we have stayed in. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in PCB and loved this property. The owners were very accommodating and checked in during the week to make sure everything was all right. We were coming from 3 different states and some got there early. The owners were there finishing cleaning the condo but let my dad in and were wonderful! The condo was spotless and we didn’t need for anything. Lots of extras in this condo. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we can stay there again!

Spring Break 2023

Great place to stay. This condo looks just like it's pics. CLEAN! All beds were comfortable and plenty of rooms for me and the grandkids. I especially like that every room has its only bathroom. Also, plenty of plates, pots/pans and silverware. No need for paper plates and plastic silverware unless you just don't want to wash dishes. Nice patio furniture and comfortable. Great location especially if you have teenagers with you who want to go to Pier Park. It's a short walk. Walmart is approximately 1/2 mile. Overall great stay and I recommend without any reservations. Would stay again.

Beautiful unit in a beautiful place

The unit met every one of our expectations and the communication with the property owner was great! We were even able to have them reschedule the cleaning so that we could stay an extra night! Great experience and by far the cleanest unit that we have stayed in and we are at Aqua twice a year.

Amazing!

My family and I loved this condo! We have stayed at Aqua a few times and this was one of our favorites. Everything was super clean and the owners were quick to respond with any question. A lot of little touches that make it feel more like home… for example pump hand soap, coffee pods and lots of bath towels! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to cook. We would definitely book this unit again!
