Great location

Overall you are paying for the view. The building and the unit are older and could use some updating. The previous renters opted a late checkout which rushed the cleaning service. You could tell they were rushed. Not the cleanest I’ve seen. They were short on some towels so those were dropped off after we checked in. Now for the good part. The view was awesome and the beach was close to perfect. We opted to rent lounge chairs and umbrella for the week in the beach. Not too expensive and very relaxing. I would go back to the area as there are plenty places to eat and things to do. If I could find a place similar in cost that was updated I would choose that. Overall a good experience and relaxing vacation.

Good for the most part had a few updates needed celling falling in bathroom ,locks in bathroom did not work shower curtain liners mildew ac unit has a knock nothing that will stop me from staying there again in future

Overall nice for the summit! People at front desk were rude. Great stay!

I will rent again. The economy being the way it is the owner has maintained the property well, however the front desk people were rude upon arrival and told us to contact owner for directions but Erica kept up and sent us our info.

Be careful

The location of this property is in an optimal spot of Panama City beach. The condo was okay, it could have been a little cleaner. So why the negative review? Post checkout, the owner claimed that my spouse and I damaged a wall that was damaged when we arrived. She did not reach out to us to inquire about what happened and ask about the damage, so imagine my surprise when I receive an email from the insurance company claiming that I damaged her unit. Beware. You've been warned.

Nice condo

Took my daughter and her friend to the beach for her birthday/fall break. Condo was clean and has a great view along with everything we needed! Owner was quick to answer any questions, which was great! Elevators were not the best but they’re being worked on/replaced from what I’ve heard. Would stay again, we had a great time!

Annual 4th of July PCB Trip

The flexibility of date ranges attracted me to this rental as most condos during the summer are 7 night rentals and we only needed 6. The condo is remodeled compared to other units I have stayed at the Summit. It was well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we cooked. I loved the keyless entry and communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Condo

Family of 5 had a great time in PCB, the Condo is spacious, has a fantastic view, and is well stocked. Resort has a Tiki Bar, Beach Bar for food, 2 nice pools, and is central to loads of the fun attractions. Only downside of the trip were the elevators, only 1 of the 4 were working during most of our stay so we had to walk and carry our stuff up and down 11 flights most days.

Comfortable for a family of 3

This was a nice condo with a good amount of space. We were able to put a pack and play in the corner of the bedroom and still had plenty of room. The living room is large with a beautiful view of the beach. The kitchen was a little small but we were still able to cook most of our meals in there. The condo was slightly more dated then we expected but that did not negatively impact our stay at all. Our baby loved the heated pool. Over all super positive experience. We would definitely rent the condo again.

Worst Panama trip to date

32 rooms per floor, 15 floors and one working elevator. Took an hour to get our luggage from the room to our vehicle. Laundry had maybe half the machines working, lost money in two different machines before getting one to work. Not only was the one elevator an inconvenience, but I’m sure it was a fire hazard.

Not my favorite location

I thought the property was ok, the condo itself was really nice. I am not a fan of being in highrise condos and this one is on the 11th floor. I guess I didn't do my research very well prior too. The elevators were super slow and often there were lines to get on them. We were forced to climb 11 flights of stairs a few times, which was kind of a bummer but good exercise. The location isn't really within walking distance of much and Panama City was so difficult to get around due to the traffic jams. The complex was nice and I felt safe there. The beaches are beautiful as well. Overall, it was fine. I just normally go to Gulf Shores and I think we will go back there next year.

view was great room wasn't cleanest

the bed still had sand in it from the last guests, the shower didn't have a knob to turn from hot to cold, i have to buy pliers to turn it, the ac makes a banging noise and the closet is locked so you can't see whats hitting, the stove had fake eye lashes stuck to the stove, so you know it wan't cleaned, overall i'd give it a 6 out of 10, the view was great and the room was nice, just the cleaning people are doing a half butt job!

Owner Was Nice

The owner was attentive. Any issues we had, she did her best to try to resolve them. The unit was nice and clean. It could use a few updates: baseboards, door handles, shower, and toilets; though I have a feeling that many of the rentals in PCB could use the updates. The flooring looked new and very nice. The A/C worked really well. You will never be too warm in this condo! The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels were provided. There were a lot of board games, puzzles, and a few beach toys on the balcony. The view was nice. You have a perfect view of the beach, but you can also see the pools as well. The resort has two large pools, two kiddy pools, and two hot tubs. One of the hot tubs was broken. They also have a small indoor jacuzzi. I peered into the jacuzzi room and it looked dark and damp, so I didn’t want to go in. The fitness center was quite large. The resort also has a few little markets/tiki bar areas. Unfortunately those were closed when we went (December/January.) I wish that would have been listed somewhere, as I thought they would be great lunch options. Overall, I believe this condo would be great for a small family with middle school aged children!
