The mattress on the bed is tired. It is definitely time for a new one. Otherwise, the condo was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Beautiful condo!

Are stay was wonderful….This condo was amazing. Very clean, beautiful decor, spectacular ocean view, great large balcony. Very close to everything. I would recommend this condo!Hopefully we’ll go again next year, but for two weeks!

Loved the condo, location! Quick elevators!

It was great until we had to deal with our bathroom and living area getting flooded! I understand a water heater broke on the 12 th floor and came down into our area! I was really upset getting up at 4:30am to go to the bathroom and seeing the water damage! I was more upset with the fact there was no one to get in touch with! I did call at 4:30 but your office didn’t open until 9. There should maybe have an emergency number ! Other than that I’m love it there!

First PCB trip!

This was the first time my husband and I have been to PCB and this condo was amazing. It is clean and has amazing views. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will be back.

Long Beach Kims Condos

Very nice and comfortable for just the two of us. Walking access to anything you need. No hassle entry access. Only had three days to stay but would be a great place for length of stay.

Fantastic Stay, But Avoid the Spring Break Rush

My wife and I were headed for a weekend getaway only to encounter hundreds of spring break teens every where we turned. Droves and Droves on the beach, on the streets, partying, etc; They weren't bothersome but definitely not what we were expecting. Location was perfect but was really in the heart of everything, all units at this particular condo building had beachfront views. The place was one of the nicest and updated units that we came across. The only somewhat negative of the unit was that the Vents and Fans were not clean and you could see PILES OF DUST caked up and sucked to breathe in. The other thing was that one of the elevators were always broken or had issues. We drove a few miles down the road to Aly's Beach and had a great time at that community. Other than that we had no complaints but if you were looking for peace, quiet, and serenity, this wasn't it.

Vaca TDF

Unit has nice views off balcony, was clean and kitchen met our needs. Stove tops did not work best as they all took for ever to boil water. Communications with owners was good. Location within high rise was challenging. Not enough elevators. Price met our budget.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean and looked just like the photos The view is perfect and the location is close to everything. You can walk to Pineapple Willies from the beach I will definitely book with Kims condos again

The room is nice and has potential to be an amazing room. But upon arrival we noticed the floors were dirty with sand, and when we would walk around barefoot our feet would be black on the bottom immediately. I went to pull a bowl out of the cabinet and noticed it was dirty, as well as the silverware and cups. I opened the dishwasher to see there was the dishwasher tablet still in there with the lid closed. So I had to wash all the dishes in the kitchen. I would have thought the cleaning lady would have noticed she was putting away dirty dishes. I get the renter is suppose to run it but I don't think it was started correctly. We had four staying in our room which is how I booked it. We had to call for bedding for the pull out couch bed, as well as a kitchen dishcloth and towel. The bottom of the bathroom tub was dirty and black. It needs some TLC. But the rest of the room was fine. I did contact the manager and I did receive the towel/washcloth and bedding that night. The washing machine was super loud and sounds like it could use some maintenace. The view, location, and resort is nice! This is our fourth time at Long Beach Resort. It is our favorite place to stay in Panama City. I did let the manger know the issues we had. This room has amazing potiental to be a 5 star room if they can get the cleaning situation under control. The Hang Out bar and grill is also one of our favorite places to eat! The food and service is always top notch!

Quick Get-Away

We booked this property within 1 week of our visit. The location and amenities were perfect for a quick get-away. The beach was beautiful (thought the weather wasn't 100% cooperative) and the property was close to shopping and restaurants. Check-in/Check-out was simple and the ability to set our own door code was a nice touch with very simple-to-follow instructions. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this propery again.
