Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Parking:

Guests may park up to 2 vehicles in this complex. All guests must register in the Property Manager's office immediately upon arrival. Registration demands sharing the names and ages of all occupants. Dates of stay will also be required as well as a license tag for the vehicle to be parked onsite. The cost to register is $30 plus tax. Upon completing this process, the guest will be given up to 2 vehicle parking passes.

The Property Manager's office is open Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. If a guest arrives after 4pm, on a weekend or holiday, or when the representative has been forced to leave the premises, the guest will need to register when the office reopens.

The swimming pools and jacuzzi are open only from 8am to 10pm. Guests must comply with all posted notices at a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and their enclosures. No one may rollerblade, bicycle, skateboard, or engage in other similar activities on the complex's sidewalks.

Other details to note:

Laundry: Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the courtyard for guest use. A coin exchange machine is also located onsite for added convenience.

Trash Disposal: Bagged waste must be placed in dumpsters located in the parking lots prior to departure.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
