I picked this place because it had excellent reviews and pics looked nice but was very disappointed. The pics are obviously very outdated. The bright pretty couch in the pic is now old and has a dark colored and torn couch cover. No nice area rug in living room as pictured. It has not been updated in a while and repairs that have been completed are done very poorly. *see pic of towel rack. We did not have hand soap, only a half roll of toilet paper on a broken holder, dish sponge provided was used, dish towel had stains *see pic. Linens were very cheap and didn’t fit the pillows. Sheets, pillow cases and flat sheets didn’t match. They were pieces from random sets. Door to patio was so difficult to open that it made it hard to use. Patio railing is rusted and the rug on it is gross. But it did have an awesome view of the ocean

My husband and I took our granddaughter to the Boardwalk Beach Resort June 5-9. Overall, this resort was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and the did a great job keeping the facility looking nice. We definitely would go back. However, I HIGHLY recommend picking a different condominium to stay in. It was very obvious the recent 10/10 comments were fictitious. I've never stayed in a place so dirty before. The pictures posted on VRBO are very old and not as they are today. Our short version, the first night we arrived, i was up until 11pm cleaning, washing floors, bedding etc. I contacted the owner. He gave me the spiel that something must've happened to the housekeeper because she always does a great job. He contacted one of his other cleaners to bring us a new coffee maker and some bedding. She showed up with a red comforter with no sheets. The stains on the bed were disgusting. See the pictures below. His cleaner informed us all these problems have been ongoing. She said he refuses to pay to have things fixed or pay them to do any deep cleaning. She also informed us they never wash any comforters or blankets. Everything was so dirty. Tape over the sink not to use. Its been that was months. They have cloth coverings over the furniture. Which she informed us aren't washed. I could go on and on about the problems in that condo. The owner Dalin told me he would compensate me for the first night because all the problems. Now, he refuses to pay as promised.

The balcony was not swept and very dirty. Attempted to sweep it with a sweeper in the closet. It blew sand that I was sweeping at my feet

The property is nice & clean. The condo was exactly as advertised. But it does need some fixing on a few things. The bathroom, the shower glass leaked water onto the floor. The towel rack & the TP holder all just fell to the floor when you touch it. The garbage disposal didn't work. BUT THAT VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE!!!! The 21st floor!! The check in & parking permits were very easy. Plenty of elevevators. The pool was nice but the Security & Rules are a little ridiculous. I'm ALL for safety, I'm a Mom, but those rent-a-cops were WAY to happy about their job!🤣BUT THAT VIEW made us all so happy to be there!!

Top of the world getaway

A vacation to remember. Fantastic views from the 21rst floor. Nice gentle breeze. Sounds of jets flying by we thought was cool. Close to awesome restaurants. Clean pools both hot and cool. White powder sand beaches as far as your eyes can see. Comfortable bed and plenty of room. Everyrhing you probably need for a great weels vacation. Staff working at the Boardwalk were very nice and friendly. No major complaints.

Some of the elderly people werent very welcoming . The place we stayed had some minor issues like non working garbage disposal. Other than that great place and good views. Great pool and beach acess

It could use an owner walk though. There’s a few things that needs fixed like garbage disposal doesn’t work and the sink was clogged also the shower door is very loose and could possibly fall and hurt someone. The towels are so used that we didn’t want to use .. the pillows was terrible. I’d say just needs some updating on supplies. It’s a great location but the owner needs to do a walk through. Also we was asked if the realtor could have someone come and look while we was there . Due to this property being 4sale .

DON'T STAY THERE

No water to begin with..The place was not that clean..Reached out to The owner upon arrival.. At approximately 8pm. I never heard back from anyone. I was informed by way of an intercom, 3 and a half hours later that it was a city issue and to boil all water.I never heard back from the owner, In the morning he sent the housekeeper there.To assist in cleaning where the mess was. While she was there, she was talking to the owner..about the situation. I never heard fact from the owner until 4:30 pm that day. Things happen, beyond someone's control.. I can give a hall pass for that..The owner also said that he would be refunding my money from that first night.And I thought that was a fine Gesture!! Still nothing. Stay 11days.. I really wanted to extend it another several days.. And began communication with the owner, In regards to that! I.Did let him know that there was a clog in the kitchen sink, I also tried to use the vacuum and it was broken. I never heard back from the owner in regards to anything.. Including, Ietting him know that I had gotten out of the shower and was walking down the hallway, When a strange man opened up the door without knocking, He obviously had the code..Stating that he thought that unit was Vacant! AgainTry to reach out to the ownerCrickets!!!I asked 4 days in a row about an extension!!I would have been okay if he just said no! Never heard back from him again! Great get away!

Everything was great! The owner answered all questions promptly. It was a fabulous vacation get away. The only thing we found annoying was other people were smoking on their balconies, which ruined our otherwise great view.

2024 Vacay - PCB

Overall, we had a nice vacation. It was a much needed break for my family. The views are amazing from the 21st floor. The condo was nice and mostly clean. The host gave information in advance, which was helpful! My only suggestions would be for the sliding glass door onto the balcony to slide easier, the railing on the balcony is peeling, there were no instructions in the condo (typically there are rules/instructions), no bathroom soap and no dishwasher pods to get started with. These would just be helpful upon arrival!
