Our home comfortably sleeps 14 guests in beds and queen sleeper sofas.



**For larger groups: We can accommodate up to 16 guests with the use of an additional queen air mattress, available upon request.

**Important Pool Heating Information:**



Our private swimming pool is heated complimentary during the October–May heating season, with a target temperature of approximately 82°F.



This is the maximum recommended setting for our heating system. The pool is designed for comfortable swimming, not hot-tub temperatures.



Outdoor temperatures, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect water temperature. The pool may not always reach or feel like 82°F, even when the heater is operating properly.
