The location is perfect, the pool is very nice, and parking and building is convenient.
However, we stayed in two different units in the pair of buildings on this property and this one does not compare to the other units at all.
Some of the doors inside are broken, namely the bathroom doors have difficulty closing and staying closed. There is a door between the rooms and living/kitchen area and it too does not stay closed.
Bed linen and towels were nice, but the kitchen was not cleaned thoroughly. The dishwasher was left broken for us with a half exploded dish pod inside. Some of the kitchen equipment was not clean.
The bathtub was backing up while showering which probably just needed to be unclogged.
There are signs of aging and lack of attention to the interior as well.
The property owner/manager was told of all these things and they did attempt to address the dishwasher but maintenance stated a new one was going to have to be purchased and installed. Thus, we hand washed all our dishes. The property owner/manager made no other offers to accommodate us during our stay based on all the things we mentioned.
Overall, if these type of things don't bother you, then it's a great place, perfect location, and the property grounds are very nice. But there are other much nicer units on this property, and much better owners/managers.
