Disgusting, filthy, and unsanitary barely describe the conditions of this place. I have documented pictures of the dirt, grime, mold, blood-stained couch, and general filth of this place. When we arrived, the conditions were so poor that I had to interrupt my vacation to go buy cleaning supplies to clean this place. If I had gotten there earlier, I would have left but with an 8-month-old that is sick and two other young children, leaving the first night was not an option. We ended up leaving because no one came out or responded within 24 hours of us being there and this situation wasn't addressed until we were well into another place almost 48 hours later. After going back and forth, i was given a refund and a 15% discount for another stay. This place needs a top to bottom cleaning. But the issues are -- There is mold in several locations among other environmental problems. A professional team needs to come in here and spend several hours to make this place suitable for habitation. The neighbor was also super nosey watching our every move and another neighbor was outside smoking p*t with no regard to anyone around him.
