Our host sent us the check in link for the wrong room. I called because I couldn't check in and I explained my issue. (I hadn't realized that the link was for the wrong room) They were supposed to call back but they decided that they had no problems with the link so they never called. I did have the right code to enter the condo but couldn't access the parking pass without the link for the right room. I called again and they finally sent the correct link. But they didn't leave the wristbands in the room. So I had to call again and finally after about 4 calls and 2 hours someone arrived with the wristbands. But after everything was taken care of, the property was great.
