Family vacation

This was the perfect spot for my family to get together for the weekend and enjoy quality time. It was so nice having quick access to the beach! The kids loved it.

Great View!

This property is really nice and when you’re sitting on the patio it feels like you are on the beach. The patio is so close to the beach that you don’t even have to go down to the beach to get the beach feel. This is a very clean home and we enjoyed the stay.

Nice property, beautiful view!

Beautiful view, clean and comfortable condo. Every kitchen accessory needed was present, including Tupperware for left overs. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, comfortable beds, wifi and television. Great experience! Thank you

We loved this condo!

This condo was clean and the decor was beautiful. The view from the balcony was perfect! This is the first time we rented a first floor condo and we loved it. We would definitely rent it again!

Excellent everything

The check-in and out process instructions were easy to follow and made everything start and end perfect. The view was spectacular and being on the first floor made it really easy for everyone. The kids had a blast on the beach and with the easy access path directly connect it made it easy on us to move back and forth with all of our stuff.

Check in experience was horrible

Our vacation started out horribly because we did not get door code until almost 7 o'clock. When booking, it clearly states that check-in is at 4PM. After you book, you will receive the contract to sign that states that in peak season it possibly could be up until 6 PM. At 5:45, after still no code, a call to Book That Condo was made and they promised us that we would receive code before 6. After not receiving, at 6:15 we called Book That Condo and we were informed that the inspector still had not inspected the property. After numerous calls back and forth, we were finally provided the code without the approval from the inspector. Overall we were pleased with the condo, very nice and clean. Definitely going to book somewhere in PCB for next year, I just don't know that I would book this particular condo again for the fact that the owner of condo never got involved with checking in issue, even after several emails being sent to him. Never received any sort of correspondence from him. Pool is disgusting. Very murky. We never got in pool the entire week we stayed.

Cute condo; inaccurate parking details

Overall our stay in PCB was great. The condo was lacking in some areas. Some dishes were put in the cabinet sticky. One king bed was seriously sagging in the middle. You are only given 1 parking pass, even though the email says 2. An additional parking pass must be purchased while the office is open. Or, you'll pay $150 to get your car out of impound.

Great Vacation

This property was our first and definitely was impressed. Decorated like a model home. Extremely clean and efficient check in. Location is super convenient to beach entrance. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Family getaway

Getting together for a summer vacation is sometimes hard to do but Michelle and her condo made it super easy for my family and I. The property was stunning and you are steps away from the soft white sand. I can’t wait to go back.

Family vacay 2020

Loved many things about this unit. It was literally just a few steps from the beach which made it easy with a little one. The unit was beautifully decorated. The smaller building with a private beach was great. The elevators were easy to access with no wait time and we loved being on the first floor. The first night we were there, we couldn’t enjoy the outside area at all because the marijuana smell (no smoking or vaping signs were posted)was so overwhelming. I was worried it may not be the place for family. However, that subsided and all was good from there. Overall, we had a great stay.
