All of these amenities are conveniently located on the fifth floor (the same floor as this unit), as well as vending machines! This spacious condominium offers almost 1,600 square feet of luxury coastal living space with brand-new flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features brand-new quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a large kitchen island, and has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating that includes 2 recliners, a large television, and breathtaking views of the pool and gulf.
