Tidewater Beach Resort has recently (2025-2026) installed 6 brand-new high-speed elevators in order to help reduce elevator wait times (2 in the parking garage and 4 in the main building). A 7th elevator is in the process of being modernized and is estimated to be complete by July 30. The remaining 2 elevators will also be modernized beginning August 2026 and have an expected completion date of January 2027. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
