- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access - The Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access, which is the largest public beach access in Walton County, is conveniently located just 0.9 miles away and can be easily reached by walking or biking. This beach access offers several amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking space, and lifeguard services during the season.
- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right in to the beach access. (No public parking)
- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of 'Walton Magnolia Ln'. (No public parking)

✏️ GOOD TO KNOW~
- Parking: There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Street parking in not permitted.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 20 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
