Jazzfest on the Beach!

Plenty of room. Walk to restaurants and pier park. Kitchen is well stocked. Some minor things need attention, the back door sticks, and one dishwasher rack needs repair but overall the place is really nice.

This property is in an amazing location, easy walking distance to the pier and restaurants and the beach literally out the back door. There is plenty of parking in the front for 3-4 cars and ample trash cans and service. The wall of windows on the west side made every evening a perfect observation point for the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking easy. They left plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tablets, etc and there were even cooking spices available for use. Bedrooms are well fixed and beds are comfortable. There was plenty of towels but could have used blankets on the bed since we were there in December. There are tv’s in every room and access to a washer and dryer. Luxurious is a bit of an over statement as the property decor is dated and showing some wear. The entire house is in need of a good deep cleaning from top to bottom. We found thick layers of dust on lamps and shades as well as under the beds and on the walls, doors and around the edges of the floors. Floors were in dire need of a good mopping. Dishwasher top rack has rusted through and needs replacing. Gas grill was filthy and needed cleaning. I would still recommend the property because of the location which was amazing!

High Tides and Good Vibes family vacation.
We had a good stay at this rental. There were a few hiccups, but they were taken care of pretty quick. Todd and Kim were very good in replying back when you sent them a message. Overall we had a great stay. Water was beautiful.

The location couldn't get any better for our group of young adults and old fogies. I was an easy walk to the pier and Pier Park with the beach at the bottom of the back deck. The house has a great vibe with plenty of space for our group of eight. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Perfect Location
The house was older but clean and super easy to navigate. The ability to just walk out the door to the most beautiful beaches is what really makes this house desirable. The beaches have very few people on them because of the location. It was a perfect family getaway.

Great family spot
This was an amazing location and a very family friendly area. Walking distance to great eating and shopping which was nice traveling with a large group and one vehicle. The house served its purpose but could use some updating and could be freshened up. The pictures are not recently taken. Again it was a great stay but was not what we thought it was going to be when booking it off the website.

We enjoyed our weeks vacation at the property. It was very nice being walking distance to pier park and Dusty’s. Also very nice being right on the beach without stairs to bring everything down. Beach stayed busy but not too busy or packed where we stayed. I do have to say, the Netflix did not work on the tv. The Disney plus did. Also, we ran out of toilet paper the 2nd day. Other than that, house was well stocked. Even had shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Had plenty of space for all our food for the week. Plenty of towels we kept washed for the week. We were even able to check in early. Loved it here!

Absolutely Amazing 🤩
Enough room for our large group. Super beachy, nice and clean. The deck was huge so many places to sit and enjoy our back yard beach 🏖. They have extra beach chairs umbrellas and toys for you to use. I would definitely recommend. We briefly met the owners a few months before our June stay and they are absolutely wonderful!

The location was perfect and we had the beach all to ourselves due to the fact that there were no high rise condos right next to us and it’s mostly commercial near the house. Also a short distance to Pier Park. The Property manager, Todd, was great to work with. We would definitely rent this house again.

TLC Review for June 26-July 3, 2021
The house is in need of a some serious TLC, deep cleaning (fan blades, baseboards, bathrooms, shower curtain liners cleaned or replaced, etc. ) and updated/clean appliances. Beds were terrible. Mattress toppers not a solution for poor mattresses. Refrigerator went out (Todd had it replaced on Tuesday 👏🏻👏🏻) the old ice maker didn’t work sufficiently for 16 people. But new ice maker should fix that. House also has a bug problem. Loved the large deck. Todd was very professional and prompt when I contacted him. Hopefully the owner will address the concerns with the house for future renters.

Everything Was Great except when we lost power with a damaged transformer and the police would not let us go to the house. So we had to go find some where else to go. Power was out till about 3:30AM. It wasn't fun trying to find some place for the kids to go. We were the only house without power. But this had nothing to do with property, the property was great.

Relaxing Getaway and Perfect Location
This house is ideally located in PCB. It is within walking distance of so many attractions (the young adults really enjoyed this aspect) and the view from the huge deck can't even be described. You could live on that deck! The kitchen was fully stocked, and it was stocked for large groups! They also provided some beach chairs and wave boards. The beds were comfortable. The driveway easily accommodated our four cars. Some things that could be improved: The cooking dishes were all pretty filthy and required cleaning before we felt comfortable using them. They were also in a disarray among all the cabinets. The gas tank for the grill was empty. That was super disappointing. There was only 2 chaise loungers on the deck instead of the 3 pictured. The umbrella to the table on the deck was broken. The door for the entryway closet was off the hinges. These were minor issues, though, and could be easily fixed. The place is somewhere we would still definitely return to!

This place was fantastic and we loved it!!! We’ve stayed at the beach several years and this is by far our favorite place. It was very spacious while also providing lots of privacy for all guests. overall the location is the strong point
First off, I want to thank my property manager Todd. He made it absolutely the smoothest planning i have ever made, literally. He always picked up the phone if I called to answer my questions. The communcation he provided was top shelf. The property itself needs to be landscaped in the back, the sea oats were filled with trash I even had my kids pick up 1 full garbage bag full of old bottles and trash. The furniture is old and dirty. The location is awesome in relation to pier park and the water. All in all we were pleased.
