This is by far the nicest condo I have ever stayed in. It was super clean, well decorated, all the beds were so comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms. It was truly like a home away from home with all the comforts of home. The view was awesome and we loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves. The kids LOVED the pool! Ron and Laura were awesome hosts and very responsive when needed - both before, during and after our stay. I can’t say enough good things! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

I’m not one to usually leave a review but I feel compelled to do so this time. We LOVED this condo on the beach! The place was well kept and the view was BEAUTIFUL! Everything from beginning to end was a breeze and Ron was so quick to answer all my questions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful beach condo

We absolutely loved this beach condo! We easily fit a family of 5 and a set of grandparents in it. The kiddos loved the bunks! The location was great. Parking was a breeze. Condo was super clean and well stocked with lots of essential items. The communication with ownership was also great! They were so friendly and accommodating and even text me after we checked out to let me know we had left a stuffed animal behind. We are already planning another trip back hopefully next summer!

Amazing!!!

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at in PCB. The condo has everything you could possibly need and more! Tastefully decorated, clean, and well cared for. Mattresses were very comfortable. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Will definitely return!

Lovely Condo

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Owners were very nice. The location is just under 2 miles from Pier park. There is a Winn Dixie very close by as well as several restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay.

Perfect Vacation

Before reserving this unit, I reached out with questions that Ron, the host, answered promptly. His communication and the excellent reviews made this property the clear choice for our family getaway. Everything from start to finish was seamless and the pride is evident when you walk through the door. This unit is extremely well taken care of, it is decorated beautifully, clean top to bottom and so well stocked with everything you can imagine needing and then some! The location is amazing, so close to everything but yet so much quieter than where we typically stay. We have stayed in some great rentals but our experience here was our best yet! I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back! Thank you, Ron and Laura for sharing your beautiful property with us and the excellent communication!

Amazing condo with great views

This condo has amazing views and everything you’ll need for a week or weekend at the beach. Ron and Laura are great hosts who stay in touch and provides excellent customer service. All pictures are accurate and every room was exactly what was stated in the description. Don’t look any further book here for a wonderful family vacation at the beach.

Goodson’s birthday/ reunion

We rented this property for three days to celebrate my sons 14th birthday, and also by coincidence on my mother side the Goodson family reunion was the same weekend so it was great to kill two birds with one stone now about the property 100% satisfied I stay in a lot of VRBO and this is the best one yet communication with the owner/host was the best I’ve ever had, I have nothing bad to say about this property or the owner operators, highly recommend

Exceeded even our highest expectations!

Best vacation condo ever! We had 6 adults and a 2 year old and there was plenty of room. The third bathroom was a big plus. It was so clean with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper. Beds and pillows were comfortable- including the bunk beds. The deck was so nice with the most amazing view. Great hot tub and pool with a beautiful view of the ocean. Easy walk to Winn-Dixie, CVS, souvenirs, and ice cream. The owner was so easy to communicate with and answered even our smallest questions quickly. 100% recommend!

Modern condo with huge balcony

We fell in love with this place from the moment we arrived. Very spacious, modern, nicely decorated, clean condo with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and huge balcony that invites you to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while you are listening to sounds of waves. It was a perfect getaway for our family. Thank you, Ron, for closely communicating with us and being so accommodating. Early check in was a great surprise. We definitely recommend this place.

What A Great Condo!!

This condo is our #1 favorite in PCB (and we’ve stayed in a LOT of PCB condos over the past 25 years). It is spotlessly clean throughout and beautifully decorated much more like a loved vacation home than a rental unit. The unit’s 3BR/3BA arrangement provided perfect privacy for my 81 year old Mom, our 2 college-age daughters and my wife and myself…plus the gorgeous October weather made the huge balcony our favorite living room! We can’t wait to return!!

Home away from home

First, thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful condo! From the time we walked in, to when we left, it was a wonderful experience. It is beautifully decorated. This condo had everything.. laundry detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, down to peroxide and bandaids. The location is perfect. It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very close to Pier Park and Thomas Donuts. Will definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised and delighted with the parking under the building, fast elevators and ease of getting our things to our unit. We loved the pool on the lower level overlooking the ocean.The unit is beautifully decorated with plenty of space and suited our needs. Palazzo is in a very good location with everything we needed close by. We will highly recommend this to our friends and will most likely be contacting you again next year. Thank you!
