The property was even better than how it was described. We had plenty of room for our whole family. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix our meals and the gas grill was nice also. The beach was a short distance from the house and the golf cart made it easy to transport everything we needed. It was nice to come back from the beach, use the outside shower, and then cool off in the pool. If we ever travel back to the Panama City Beach area, we would definitely want to stay here again!

Great vacation rental. This was our second time renting this house & would rent again & again; clean, renovated, two refrigerators & spacious for a larger group. The beds were very comfortable ! Walking distance to the beach; large golf cart & a bicycles included. Great communication with management company. 10

The house was wonderful. Every room was large and the bathrooms were too. Which is important when you are travelling with a lot of people. Our family had a wonderful time at the beach during the day and sat outside in the evenings. The golf cart was brand new I believe. It held a V lot of people. Beach was close but with little ones the golf cart was perfect

The inside of the house was clean and very nice. We especially enjoyed the master suite and large en-suite. The kitchen had everything we needed. The golf cart and array of beach accessories was a huge bonus as well.Although the pool was large, it was not clean when we arrived. It only gets cleaned once a week and it could’ve used another cleaning. I had to add water for the filter to work and skim it myself several times a day. Also the outside furniture was old and mismatched. We were told that only one bedroom didn’t have a TV, but actually two did not.
