Easy Week

We came for Spring Break even though being warned away due to curfews and restricted beach access. We never had any issue and our group of boys found places to go after curfew to hang out. Our home was amazing and exactly as described. Communication from Benchmark was amazing.

Great for our stay!

The house was nice and clean, and the property management was very responsive, especially in keeping us updated due to a hurricane and we delayed checking in until it passed. Seacrest was not effected by the storm. There are a few good-to-know details that aren’t listed in the description: the pool can only be heated starting in November, so keep that in mind if you’re visiting before then. Additionally, the house has two coffee pots—a Keurig and a drip option, which was a nice touch for coffee lovers. One small downside is that there’s a limited number of washcloths. If you’re traveling with a large group, you’ll either need to wash them frequently or bring extras. Overall, the house is in a fantastic location and was a great fit for our stay!

Great Rental!

The house was lovely and spacious. Incredibly clean. The location was perfect. It was central in Seacrest! The beach a less than 10 minutes walk and by bike less than 5 minutes. We would rent this property again!

House was clean and well maintained. It is dog friendly but Rosemary Beach is not. Dogs are not allowed on the beach unless you are a resident and have applied for a permit.

Just "Ok"

For 12 yrs we've stayed in Seacrest Beach at least once a year. NWe've stayed in a lot of homes there. I don't feel like the listing was necessarily inaccurate, but I don't feel like the house lived up to it. The biggest issue was internet. It has it, it just didn't work. We couldn't stream anything. My family & I watch movies at night when we're on vacation, & we couldn't. The worst part was that we didn't realize this until Sunday night when my son, who's in college, couldn't finish an online exam because of the internet connection. I left a message with the call center & the property manager called the next morning to apologize. She scheduled a maintenance guy to stop by. He came by later & texted me to say the'd need to have a tech from the internet provider stop by. The tech came on Wednesday, increased the signal outside & changed a cable. WiFi worked pretty good & we could stream on the TV. However, by the next morning the TV wouldn't stream again. We ended up plugging my laptop up to the TV to watch a few things, sometimes connecting to WiFi and sometimes using my phone's hotspot. For the amount of money charged & the fact that so many people work remotely, go to school online, etc., there's no reason for any of this to happen. I understand that things go wrong, & I understand that the management company can't do much to fix these issues, but stay on top of it! It was so frustrating. Another thing is that the kitchen has literally the basics - no frills.

Great house in Seacrest

We’ve stayed in many properties in this neighborhood and in Sunset Beach (beach side of 30a). We’ve enjoyed this house the best. Well appointed and in good shape. Having our own pool was a bonus!

This is a adequately maintained property. Be prepared to pay $50 per day to heat the pool. Bikes are rusty and poorly maintained. Property management company wasn't the easiest to reach at times. Limited stock of dishwasher tabs, no liquid hand soap, no garbage bags. We have had better stays in the Rosemary Beach area,

The house is great!

This house is great! It was the one good thing about the trip. We should have done a little better research on the area. We have twin two year olds and it was a hard trip. But. The house, the pool, and bikes - saved it. The beds are super comfortable. The home was very very clean. The pool was perfect for our family - the community was way too crowded so we spent most of our time at the house pool. You are super close to restaurants & shopping. This house was top notch. Plenty of parking. Comfotable living spaces. Perfect house. Thank you for letting us stay!

Exactly what was in the add. Very clean and perfect. Pool was heated and nice. However the wether turned much cooler and heater wasn’t quite enough. Perfect space and location. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family vacation!

We loved our stay on Lifeguard Loop! The home itself and location were both great! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and being close to the shops and restaurants. The main pool is very big and well kept! Would definitely stay here again and already look forward to coming back!

Our stay at Seacrest Beach was great! The property was clean and perfect for our family. There was a little wear and tear on the bunks and the mattresses in all of the rooms but slept okay. The tram service was perfect when going to the beach or pool. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent property

My family of 5 (three teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool in the backyard was such a nice bonus - we enjoyed it during breaks from the beach, and set up a pool movie one night. We’ve stayed in the 30a area for years, and this is one of the best houses we’ve rented. It was our first time staying in Seacrest - while we love the neighborhood and the “horseshoe” area with shops and restaurants, getting to the beach itself is a little more of a process than it is at other places we’ve stayed - there is only one beach access point for the fairly large neighborhood, and a relatively small section of beach is available for chair/umbrella setups if you don’t rent from the concessionaire. So the beach fills up pretty early. But once we figured out the deal, we were able to adjust our schedule accordingly. We had a great time! The property manager was also very helpful and friendly, and we not hesitate to rent from them again.
