We had the best time at the house. Plenty of room for all our party and the heated pool and spa were a nice bonus to have on the cooler mornings. We highly recommend this house!

Communication was excellent. Location is excellent. The house is large, which is great. However, the house needs a thorough cleaning and some of the furniture needs to be updated or at least cleaned.

Great place to stay in PCB!

My family enjoyed everything about this house. There is one house between you and a flat boardwalk with public access to the beach. The house is fully stocked and lots of extras that other families have left behind. Before you buy anything, check the house first (we brought and bought stuff only to find that it was already provided)! Great communication with Patrick and the maintenance team.

This was the perfect location and place of our group. It had plenty of space for us and it was close to the beach. Pool was a little smaller than expected but still good for our kids to swim in. I would recommend and would book again.

Amazing stay

Can't say enough good about this place. It was spacious enough for our family to spread out and enjoy our stay. The amenities were great from the extra beds to provided charging ports. The pool was just perfect to relax in after our time at the beach that was only a short walk away from. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. Very thankful for the quick and thoughtful communication of the host and staff...very much appreciated!! Great visit!!

A Beach Haven

This home is beautiful & so close to the beach. Our family loved how the layout of this home provided privacy for everyone as well as a large open gathering space. We also loved having the private pool. Communication with the owner was exceptional! Our family & friends highly recommend this home for your next trip to Panama City Beach! Thank you Patrick!

Beautiful house

We had a great family vacation. The house is beautiful, plenty of space and great pool area. The kitchen is well stocked which is perfect for a large group. It's also very close to the beach.

Large Family on Vacation

Vacations are tough when you plan with a lot of people. We were looking for a place that was spacious, affordable, and a pool to accommodate 12 kids between 0-18, my 5 siblings, my parents, and myself. There were lots of places I saw that could have accommodated us, but I chose to book this house because of the HUGE PARKING SPACE, AND SPACE INSIDE THE HOUSE. From the outside, the house looked rather small, but upon entering the living room/common area was large. Enough seating for all 20 of us. Although we brought our own kitchen supplies, detergent, etc. The house was fully stocked with necessities from pots to ziplock bags. The room that was an extension is actually very comfortable and cozy. There were 2 bunks-downstairs and in the upstairs loft. Both are large. My brothers (adults) each slept on a bed and they said was perfect. My 18 year old nephew snagged the pull out couch in the 2nd living room space. Large sofa sleeper. The loft is huge. Basically fit for a family of 6 plus. There was a second kitchen- great for cooking large meals instead of waiting for one oven. The pool looked a little small in the picture but it actually is quite large (in that space) and fit everyone comfortably. I would recommend booking this house if you have a large family or want to book with other families. The house is made for that!!! I would book again for my future trips! Also, the Host, Patrick was very responsive before and during my trip. He answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Great Family Summer 2024

Nice property. There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room. Great location. Pool could have been cleaner and master shower was slow to drain. Contacted Host but pool guy and handyman never showed up. Otherwise we had a terrific time.

Simply fabulous

From beginning to end, our stay was perfect. The location, space, amenities, and communication were amazingly simple. We had 18 total stay and not once did we feel cramped. It literally felt like we had our own home and will definitely stay again!

Amazing property!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful property. The pictures depict the space perfectly and it truly is steps to the beautiful beaches of Panama City! Patrick was very responsive, the home was clean, and the place was very spacious. We had an amazing time.

Great location and great accommodation!

Our family had a wonderful experience during our stay! The home was even better than expected from the photos. The beach is SO close and convenient. The pool area and the dining area accommodate large families well. We had everything we needed to cook family meals for 14, plenty of parking and two stations to rinse sand. We really enjoyed our stay!

AWESOME LOCATION, SIZE, AMENTIES AND HOST...

My 6 grand kids, 2 other kids and 7 adults stayed for 4 nights with more than enough room for more. When I say everything was enjoyable, i mean that. The spa was very warm as I love it, the pool was big enough for all, the lighting in the pool at night made it even more relax feeling. Patrick responding quickly when I had a question. This place is exactly steps from the beach, we rented golf cart within walking distance, everything is right in the area. We will definitely be staying again.

Pros and Cons of our stay with a Handicap/Pet requirement

We were a family of 4 with our 2 dogs. One of our persons required handicap accessibility. Pros- -Contact with management was very good. - We had more space than what we could ever need. -The back area of the home is perfect for a separate families privacy. -The description of the property is accurate. -A short walk to the beach. -The beach is absolutely beautiful. -Utilizing a walker not a wheelchair, a person that has disabilities could actually enjoy the beach. -The home has almost everything you could possibly need i.e. umbrella, beach chairs, a cart to tote your beach supplies, some toys for the kids. I even noticed a couple of beach towels and kids safety floating devices. -The pool water was wonderfully warm. -The kitchen supplied an ample amount of cleaning, dining & cooking supplies. The amount of paper supplies was enough to get us started. A dish sponge & scrubbie is a must purchase. I would recommend an inventory of the supplies before you shop. We were pleasantly surprised to find all that the home offered. -Our dogs had a wonderful time. The property is fenced in, so they could roam around. There was a small view of the beach from the loft patio. Cons- -The handicap bathroom was upstairs in the loft, so absolutely no access to a shower without lifting the person or carrying them upstairs. Our greatest disappointment, was the overall cleanliness. -Mold in/around the shower tile etc. -The patio area was in terrible need of power washing! Way too much mold and dirt. Yes its Florida and there is tons of humidity which creates a lot of the issues, however, this was not an inexpensive stay, so we expected more. -The kitchen was just too dirty i.e. cabinets, back splash, garbage can, cooking supplies and serving dishes were even cracked. Before we used any of the utensils/plates/glasses, they had to be washed. -The home essentially is old with additions and remodeling done. The sunroom enclosure with 2 queen beds runs warm and smells stale. We did not need the space, so we kept the door closed. This area of Panama City Beach is in the midst of new construction. Unfortunately, the original homes on the beach views are blocked by the new construction. In time, there will be even more choices of restaurants, shopping and activities in this area. Maintain the cleanliness and the required handicap maintenance of this home and its a nice place to vacation.
