Beautiful condo

This is a very nice condo equipped with everything needed for a quick beach getaway. Plenty of towels and beach necessaties and well as a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Everything you could ask for

My family stayed for the weekend and had everything we needed to enjoy Panama City beach. The location was great (the walk to the beach was short and included the private beach access). The property was quiet, well maintained and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say, I will recommend this property to others. Also, communication with the host was very simple and pleasant.

Great Place!

Loved the endess water heater! The sports equipment and beach equipment provided was amazing! Just what we needed! It was clean and tidy not overly decorated so we didnt have to move to many not child proof items! We all had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

Panama City Beach

If you want to feel home away from home, this is the place for you. Becca and Rick were perfect hosts. Their place has everything you need to feel like home. We arrived earlier than check in time and Rick let us check in earlier. That meant a lot for us as we traveled with a little one. We could not ask for more. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Wonderful Townhome!

We had an amazing week at the townhouse after our sons wedding! The location was amazing, 5 min walk to the beach, and the beachside pool was divine! We loved the Putt Putt and the pool close to our backyard! The house was amazingly clean, well stocked with plenty of linens and beach gear! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Couldn’t have been better!

My entire group loved this property & the hosts! Close to one of the 11 pools, not a bad walk to the beach front pool or the beach. They had everything we needed durning our stay, including beach chairs. We have already talked about booking with them again! This is a great place for your time in PCB!

Amazing Stay Would Give More Stars If Could

The pictures don’t do this place the justice seriously it’s very big and cozy and beautiful. It made over expectations and I definitely will be coming back for another stay. They had everything you could possibly need, clean home from top to bottom, no bugs at all, big washer and dryer, great AC, very comfortable bed, a lot of space and very great Wi-Fi service. I want to “Thank You” for the amazing experience and wonderful home. I will definitely be staying again. 10🌟 hands down.

Family Spring Break

We initially chose this property based on the consistent 5-star reviews. When we arrived at the townhome, we knew we had made the right choice. It is clear that Ric and Becca care about their renters' vacation experience and seemed to have an excellent reputation among other homeowners at the resort. They were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to, and during our stay. The home was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable week!

A little gem

It’s always a relief to rent a property that is clearly used often by the owner and to which lots of homely touches have been applied and is really well equipped. Too many rentals have the bare minimum. No so here and it’s a credit to Ric and Becca. Location wise it’s was really quiet but right beside the beach and all the activity too. Responsiveness from our host was first class on all occasions. So a real well done for a lovely place.

Great for Weekend Getaway

This property was just what we were needed for a winter beach getaway weekend. The location was within close walking distance to the beach and near restaurants/attractions. Owners were quick to respond and even allowed us to check in upon arrival in PCB. We enjoyed the18 hole mini golf course {putters and golf balls were available in the townhouse for us to use.} We would definite stay here again!

Just wow!

What an awesome beach getaway spot! The place was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weekend beach retreat. The beach was a short walk away and very easy to get to. Having private beach access was definitely a PLUS! There was a pool right off the back patio, no one was there so we had the whole pool to ourselves. There was also a 18 hole mini golf course that the kids loved! Rebecca had putters and golf balls for everyone to use. Rebecca couldn’t have been a better host. She was super responsive and accommodating. She worked her magic to allow us to check in early so that we could enjoy more time at the beach. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals with other “hosts” and Rebecca is by far the best host we have ever stayed with. Highly recommend staying here. We are definitely coming back!

Hidden Gem!

We were so impressed with this property. It was beautifully updated, impeccably clean, check in and communication with the host was beyond easy. Becca was in touch with is every step of the way. Birthday Getaway!

We booked this for a quick birthday getaway at the end of September but the hurricane changed our plans 😟 Ric and Becca were awesome from the start! They allowed us to reschedule our stay no problem! Once we arrived and went inside they had the condo decorated for my birthday-cake and balloons included! Such an awesome and sweet gesture. The condo was close to the beach, pools everywhere, everything was readily available just like them. They were always a text away when we needed something! Hands down the best VRBO host we’ve ever had! This is a must stay in PCB!

Newly Remodeled Weekend Beach Getaway

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend at this freshly remodeled townhouse. From the start, the owners, Becca and Ric, made sure that we had all the information we needed for a seamless check in. This house checked all the important boxes for us to have a great weekend. First, we had 2 parking spaces, right at the front door. We got in to Panama City Beach a little early and Ric was great about letting us check in early since the house was cleaned and already available. The house was fresh and clean. The furniture was in great condition and very comfortable. This home was very welcoming and the owners made us feel like we were staying at old friends house for the weekend. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. We had lots of clean towels. There is a half bath down stairs and 2 full baths up stairs. The master bath has all new fixtures and the whole house has hot water coming from a brand new Rennai tank-less hot water heater. This means no waiting for hot water and no running out of hot water. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, including a Kuerig coffee maker. The screened in back porch was fully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. The beach is in walking distance. We spent all our time at the beach so we never had a chance to play miniature golf or shuffle board. If you prefer to get in the pool for a swim, you will literally pass by 3 swimming pools on the 7 minute walk to the beach. This is a gated community with security on site so we felt very safe. The community was quiet and peaceful and every body was so friendly. Unfortunately, our weekend came to an end and we had to return home. But if you are looking for a great spot for a weekend getaway or even a weeks vacation at a great price, I would give this place a try. Safe Travels!!!
