Seacrest Townhome # 6 ist eine schöne, zweistöckige Stadtdomizilam, die direkt auf dem Golf sitzt. Auf jeder Etage befindet sich eine Veranda mit Blick auf den Golf, auf der Sie den entspannenden Kaffee genießen und den Sonnenaufgang am Morgen und den romantischen Sonnenuntergang bei Nacht beobachten können. Dieses Townhome ist haustierfreundlich, was bedeutet, dass die ganze Familie kommen kann, um den schönen Golf von Mexiko zu genießen. Frühjahr 2018 aktualisiert, um ein neues Schlafsofa, neues Dekor, neue Matratzen, Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern und vieles mehr hinzuzufügen.

Die erste Etage verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Während im Wohnzimmer entspannen oder in der Küche, öffnen Sie die Vorhänge, und Sie werden einen spektakulären Blick auf den weißen Sandstränden und türkisfarbenem Wasser. Der zweite Stock hat ein französisches Bett in einem Schlafzimmer, die 30A mit Blick auf, während die andere ein Kingsize-Bett und eine Veranda mit Blick auf das schöne Meer hat.

Seacrest Townhome befindet sich entlang der 30A zwischen Rosemary Beach und Seaside, was bedeutet, dass Sie den Luxus haben, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu einem der charmanten Einkaufszentren zu fahren. Beautiful views of Gulf and a walk down stairs to the Beach are truly high points. As for cleanliness be prepared to wash the floors. Within minutes of arrival our feet were black. We went out to purchase cleaning supplies and my wife mopped all the floors. The water was disgustingly dirty. I believe for a place with such an amazing location and marketed like it is, expectations are higher. Which is why I would expect the rusted curtain rod and curtains to be replaced, the shower curtain in the full bath in the hallway upstairs to be the right size and hand soap at least in the kitchen and bathroom on the main level. Then you have the three unsightly buckets of paint outside the main door behind the ac unit and it’s just not a very classy place. The bikes are fine, but could use an upgrade and the bike locks need to be longer so you can lock the bikes up at other locations. Also, the kitchen faucet slowly drips on the counter after use. So good, not great with a few disappointments.

The one Pro did not offset the many Cons

The Pro is the location and direct access to the beach. That’s the only Pro. The unit is listed as “newly renovated” but that really means everything was just painted white. There is zero character or charm to this unit. Very plain bathroom fixtures and lighting throughout. This unit was updated for maximum profit to the owners. Previous reviews noting the shabbiness of furniture were correct. The den sofas have not one (aka ZERO) throw pillows. The fabric was rough and seemed dirty. We covered them with our extra beach towels to hide the look and make us more comfortable to sit on them. I’m glad we had perfect weather as I can’t imagine staying in this unit all day on a rainy day. The most disappointing part of our experience was the check in. The unit was not occupied the day before our arrival so was already cleaned. We inquired as to an early arrival (2 pm instead of 4 pm.). Although the unit was cleaned and ready for us Paradise said we could only enter early for an additional 100 fee plus tax. We declined. We attempted to enter at 4:07 and door code didn’t work. We had to call to have it reset. The day before checkout, we were reminded that check out was 10:00 am. Paradise asked us to let them know if we left early! We did leave early but I didn’t tell them as I feared there would be a 100 fee (plus tax) to depart early. :) Honestly Paradise is all about maximizing their profits and not making the guests feel welcome. I won’t rent from them ever again.

Beautiful View!

This property was everything that it said it was. With gorgeous views of the Gulf right out of the back door. We had our small dog with us and there was just enough grass out of the back door for her to do her business (yes we always clean up after her). The property manager responded right away and rapidly rectified anything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Awesome location! Nice condo layout. Loved the complex. We stayed here b/c they allowed dogs. But prior reviews are accurate, cleanliness issues. 3 roaches during our 5 day stay. Tile floor throughout, that left socks & feet black. Sticker on the AC, don't put below 70 or it freezes and you'll be charged (glad we were there in the winter). We were confused at check-in on the door, tried calling for help, NO after-hours number given prior to check-in. Left message & sent text, never got call back till the morning, luckily we figured out our issue. Prior tenants dumped ashes in the patio area. Would consider staying again if we new things were cleaner & updated.

No Maintance was done and wasp

Who ever is doing the maintenance checks isn’t doing their job. I spent most of my time at this property dealing with issues since day one. The glass doors downstairs don’t open, handyman could only get one open. Bedroom door upstairs wouldn’t close the door is messed up. The upstairs glass doors wouldn’t lock bc the lock was broken. Dishwasher wasn’t hooked up correctly, horrible wasp problem on balcony my mother is deadly allergic. It took seven days for them to get someone to come actually spray. They gave us a can of raid. The garage disposable has something metal broken in it. It was on thing after another with this place. The tv signal is always cutting out. We rented this place for 2 weeks to get away and relax meanwhile all we did was do Maintance on this property and deal with the company who takes care of the place. Not my idea of a vacation

Perfect beachfront location

The private beach is what this place is all about. No mad rush to the beach at 6am to drop chairs and umbrellas for a 5x5 plot of sand like the public beaches. Here you can relax and know you always have your spot. The condo itself is nicely updated and clean. The patio off the master BR is incredible for sunny lounging and the downstairs patio great for a mix of sun/shade. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, etc but bring all your own seasonings. Overall great experience and would book it again.

Outstanding vacation!

We had a fabulous week at Seacrest 6. The location is wonderful - right on the beach! The stairs down to the beach were manageable. Many restaurants nearby and such a beautiful beach! We loved that it was not overcrowded. The views from the unit are breathtaking. Easy parking at the front door and in a nice, walkable area. It was great that we were able to bring our dog. We look forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay! The views are beautiful and we love walking out our back door and being on the beach! Condo was nicely decorated and kitchen fully stocked. The property management answered any questions we had quickly! You are within 1.5-2miles of restaurants and shopping. .

We had a wonderful stay for my 50th birthday. The views were fantastic as well as the amenities! Close to so many restaurants and the sunsets are to-die-for! Communication was fantastic and we didn't need anything. Thank you for having us and our Shih-Tzu Oliver loved having his own room. lol!!

This property was amazing. I needed a short beach trip to reconnect with my pup and decompress after traveling for work for an extended time. This place did not disappoint. The upgrades were incredible and the bed was very comfy! The kitchen was well equipped with the utensils/pots/pans, etc that you’d need to cook pretty much anything. This property was clean and toiletries provided (towels, dish detergent, etc) were plentiful. I’d recommend bringing extra trash bags since only one was provided (luckily I brought an extra from home). Property management communicated with me throughout my stay and was available when I had questions. The view was incredible and it was nice to have a grassy spot out back for my pup to use the restroom. MY FAVORITE: my dog could come with. I appreciate the owners allowing pets. Two downfalls: Blinds or some sort of covering over the window in the kitchen overlooking parking lot would be nice. The internet speed is terrible. This may not be anything the owner can control but if so, upgrading would be beneficial especially for those who work remotely like myself. Overall, I loved this place enough to rebook while there for next month! Highly recommended.

It was a nice place before the Reno. Upgrade was very nice. Nice kitchen. Access code didn't work. 3 different one finally work but no instructions. Couldn't lock front door. Main tv was broken,replaced afternoon of 2nd day.Wifi didn't work. Dirty parking lot caused tracking of dirt into 1st floor. Stairs to beach are steep.Ok if you don't have mobility issues. I do. Didn't appreciate the intimidating reminders of rules, I can read. Overall,nice place. Mgt. made it uncomfortable. We brought our own vac and cleaned unit including mopping before we left. Interested to here Paradise comment on our stay.

Renter Beware!!

This condo was not up to any kind of cleaning standards. Black dog hairs everywhere on beds, couches, and floor after making you sign a rental agreement stating no pets will be on the furniture or that there will not be excessive dog hair. Took one swipe with a disinfectant wipe to the bottom of the bath tub and it was yellow like there was dry pee in the tub. Food under the bed that wasn’t picked up which created an ant problem. There are so many basic maintenance issues that they seem to ignore such as the pee stained curtains and moldy vents. We were in contact with them our entire visit and they were aware of how dirty the condo was. If you are someone that uses the internet you are given 1meg DSL through century link that barely works for one phone. We contacted them again to see if they would update the service and they said they can’t update it until a certain date and gave us a credit although that did not fix the problem. So if it’s not updated by now you probably won’t ever have usable internet at this rental. The only positives were the beach view and the grassy areas to walk your dog. Overall I would not recommend you stay here it’s not worth the price.
