At the last moment a decision to travel alone and being in a small depression was bad as I was going through a breakup yet this home was just what I needed, quite, great location as it was just minutes walk to the beach, clean house and the staff was great, even called me after my first night to make sure I was ok

Nice and quiet place close to everything

Great location on a very quiet side street with yard, great for my dog. But withing an easy walk to the beach and several restaurant and shopping.

I will say the property was dirty and didn't meet the expectations we had of the property. There is a ton of hair(human/animal) and dirt on the floor, when we walked in there was a smell of urine throughout the home and in the back room as you exit the property. We did a little cleaning on our own, but this property needs a deep clean.

Cute and comfortable!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage. It was located near the beach without the traffic. It was clean and easy to find. We would stay here again. We travel with a little Frenchie and are happy when we find pet-friendly accommodations!

Perfect place for me and my dog

I had to be there for work and didn’t have a dog sitter. This place was perfect! Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Coffee hut about a block away.

This is a very well put together home! They have everything needed to stay I would just recommend bring extra laundry soap and dish pods! All together it’s a very well organized home! The walk to the beach was very easy too with kids or without kids! Definitely looking to book here again!! Host was very helpful too and checked in ever morning!!

Great little house in a perfect location!

My wife and I stayed in the Seahorse Cottage for a little over a week while we were in PCB visiting friends. It was a great clean place to stay and is located in a perfect location. Property is exactly as described and pictured. We found the neighborhood to be clean, safe and walkable. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Perfect location for us

This was the perfect location for us to stay, in the heart of everything but with your privacy. We traveled with 2 Yorkies and the size of the cottage was great. There were a few things that could be upgraded, like the back door was severely weathered but there was a secondary door that made us feel more secure. We will rent this location again! Thank you for everything!

We mostly enjoyed our visit. Couple things:Ceiling fan was usable due to loud squeaking and the side light woke us up every time it turned on. So we bought blackout curtains and standing fans. - left them in the unit. The backyard appeared to be fenced completely, it isn’t. Also, the amount of ants was insane, dog’s paws were bitten a few times. There was the inconvenience of being checked in on -twice. While we can appreciate the need for safety, we did feel a little harassed. Overall we did enjoy the cottage and its proximity to beach. The dog park was only a short drive and so was the dog beach. Most restaurants around the cottage were dog friendly. Ours enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner, The Pour, and Sharky’s. We will likely stay here again though we will purchase pet friendly ant killer.

Late review August vacation

We stayed in August and had a very pleasant experience. Management was quick to respond even about beach parking. Previous reviews are pretty accurate in regards to the back door having water damage but there is a second door that made us feel more secure! Quiet neighborhood even with construction going on next door. Neighbors were kind! Will 100% book again.

Panama City Beach adventure

Area was safe enough , beaches very nice. The place was definite described correctly as “ a cottage “, area not up-scale but pleasant. We enjoyed our stay, but we booked this place because it was dog friendly and thought the back yard was totally enclosed ( it was not ). They did respond to the few issues promptly but the issues were things that should not have required us to call them.

Not what it seems

The location is great for the beach, shops, and eating out but that is the extent of the good things. The place is in a serious need of a deep cleaning and repairs. Black mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtain, dirty window sills and baseboards, and stained linens were among issues we ran into. Was very disappointed.
