This property was amazing. We stayed there for our last vacation, just my husband and I, before we welcome a baby in a few weeks. The property was right next to Camp Helen State Park, and was absolutely perfect for us. We enjoyed a quiet neighborhood, with close proximity to rosemary and Panama City. The only thing about the property that we will plan better for next time is that the upstairs runs hot- so bring some extra fans! But we adored the place, and would love to come back next year with our daughter and bring friends. Amazing place that will hold some special memories for my husband and me forever. (We also recommend trying out paddle boarding! We used Jordan with Surf n Sun Recreational.)

Nice place to stay but no view. Photos need to be updated.

Fantastic property, everything was clean and the area is nice. The photos of the ocean view are no longer accurate. 3 Houses have being built blocking all of the view. Construction starts at 7AM and that will bother some people. The walk to the beach is a little long. You have to walk out to the road then 2 houses over to the boardwalk down to the beach. There are a lot of stairs on the boardwalk. Overall a nice place they just need to update the beach view description and photos.

Best vacay

The check in process was amazing, the weather was fantastic. The room was so clean, and beds were super comfy. The bridge to the beach isn’t long, super easy access to the beach! Definitely will be staying here again !!

READ OBSTRUCTED VIEW-NOT PEACEFUL

Not beach front. Heavy construction in front of home all day. No use of patios not peaceful. Fenced off cannot walk out on beach. No remorse for false advertising or refund given after reading another person’s review 1 month before my arrival of the obstruction.

Nice getaway

The overall condo was nice and renovated. However, it is no longer beach front as all the houses are built up in front of it. There is no easy beach access as you have to take a lot of stairs on Public access

Spring break get-a-way

We had the best time during our stay. The property mgmt company was one of the easiest and nicest I’ve ever worked with. They have an exact description of the construction going an around the building, we appreciated that. The unit was spotless and will come back in the future.

Family Beach trip

We have stayed at many properties along 30A for 25+ years and Thirsty Turtle is one of the few times where the property was BETTER than we expected. Newly updated, furniture in great shape, including excellent deck furniture! Very happy with our choice!!

Construction not mentioned prior to booking this property.

I was very disappointed once I arrived to my destination that looked so wonderful. We wanted unrestricted beach views from where we stayed during our vacation. Which is why we chose this property out of most of the others. Only to arrive and find that most of the beach view was blocked by construction equipment. Have this would have been mentioned prior to booking I might have a little more sympathy for the situation. However every time we looked out of the window, this huge piece of equipment obstructed our view, not even to mention that the machines had a constant beeping going on all weekend. Place itself was very nice, and clean.

VIEWS and an entire beach 🏖 to OURSELVES

My family of 4 really enjoyed this spot! I LOVED being next to Camp Helen state park. The kids had a natural lazy river they kept jumping into and floating into the ocean. The townhome is newly renovated with all top of the line appliances, mattresses, pillows, and towels. It’s older on the outside and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resort on the inside. Highly recommend and the price is very reasonable. It’s a 4 min drive to Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants.

Annual summer get-a-way

Three our of the four in our family group had to work, remotely, for several days on this trip. The view of the beach and ocean from our condo was a great way to spend a work day. The renovation to the place was wonderful. Beach that far down was quiet and peaceful.

Remarkable property

We could have asked for a nicer, updated, quiet and clean condo. Great views of the gulf, easy beach access and just an incredible stay overall. Communications with property management company was excellent! 2 retired couples give it 5 stars!

Tranquility

Located at the end of a dead end street this place offers peace and quiet. Slight walk around to the beach access, but makes for a nice view as you look over the dunes and state park. Amenities were updated and in good working condition. Check in and check out process was seem less with expedient communication.

From the booking to checking out, everything was just as expected. This place was beautiful. It was updated and clean and just the right size for the 4 of us. We had a little bit of misunderstanding about the bike rental at first but they got that all worked out for us right away. A great place to stay!!
