This property seems new/newly remodeled, immaculately clean & incredibly organized, providing more than typical. I was attracted by the pet-friendliness, the fenced yard, & the golf cart. We loved the pet yard area, but were wowed by the front yard with the putt-putt, yard games, & fire pit area with charming lighting. So relaxing & fun! There is extra entertainment in the garage which helped with my energetic boy; Pac Man & a basketball game. My husband’s favorite part was the layout: master on one end, other bedrooms opposite. There is a TV in each bedroom which the kids enjoyed before bed. The showers even had great water pressure. It is SO well-equipped for a day at the beach. The large beach umbrella was GREAT and chairs were in good condition. All you need is your refreshments and ice! I loved the very cutely organized coffee cabinet and Keurig. There are filters and even K-cups, little creamers too. There was plenty of TP (quality!) and PT. Every sink had a soap pump & Showers had shampoo, conditioner & body wash. There’s a little pet station with treats, bowls, leash, baggies, etc. There are couch covers if your dogs are used to being on the couch, & we also used them at night on the floor to keep ours close to us. They provide laundry soap & softener. If we travel to PCB with the dogs again we will definitely stay at ST. The quiet location close to the beach, with a great little cafe on the way makes for a lovely beach vacation!

We having been using VRBO for our family vacations in Florida for almost 20 years. Serenity Tides is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Updated, very clean, and all the amenities.A beautiful place. Everything we needed, from beach chairs to a high chair for our grandson, a separate fenced in area with a fire hydrant and waste station for our dog, mini golf and an outdoor fire pit, was included. Plus, we had a golf cart to run everyone to the beach and local restaurants.Lizette, was very response to a couple of needs we had. A very gracious host. We will stay here again.ThanksDavid

Wonderful vacation

The property was clean and well organized. Needs we're anticipated except safety issues examples rugs were unsecured. Although entrance and area was accommodating to handicapped and elderly the tub and shower didn't have hand rales. The large living space allowed the family to gather together and enjoy the accommodations. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Every detail has been thought of…this is a must for families that don’t want to pack an entire house

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Serenity Tides & it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the home, I was greeted with a spotlessly clean and well-maintained space. It was evident that the host had paid great attention to detail, as every essential item I could possibly need was readily available. One of the highlights of this home was the abundance of outdoor amenities and activities for families. It was a true haven for both adults and children alike. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The host had truly thought of everything to make our stay memorable. Furthermore, the proximity to the beach was a major advantage. Just a short walk away/golf cart ride, we were able to spend hours basking in the sun, building sandcastles, and taking refreshing dips in the ocean. It was incredibly convenient and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. Overall, I cannot recommend this home enough. It truly deserves a five-star rating, as it provided an exceptional experience. The cleanliness, attention to detail, outdoor amenities, and proximity to the beach all combined to create a perfect getaway.

Wonderful Panama City Beach Vacation Rental

This is one of the best vacation rentals we stayed in. We had a family of 7 with 2 labrador retrievers. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. The amenities and details to our family's needs were excellent. They have everything for a dog such as bowls, blankets, cages, treats, and doggy poop bags. Also, the house did not have a pet smell or hair everywhere from previous people that would have stayed, so if you don't have pets no worries. The house was fully prepped with plates, utensils, cups, cookware, dish soap, coffee, shampoo, body wash, towels, and many more items to make you feel like you're already at home. All you have to do is buy groceries! The owners really have thought of every detail to make your stay the best and the communication was excellent! I really enjoyed their personalized app for your phone that gives you all the details of the house and surrounding location. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and how close we were to the beach access. It was not crowded at all plus the house came with all the beach amenities as well! The children enjoyed the basketball game in the garage and all the outdoor toys. We were close to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, & gas stations. We were only 5-10 minutes from St. Andrew Park where you can take a ferry to Shell Island and enjoy the beautiful waters. This is a must if you stay! We highly recommend this rental for all families and will stay again when we are in the PCB area!

Top tier family vacation home

This home was really top tier! So clean and beautiful! There were so many small details that my family and I loved! So much space and literally had everything we needed for our stay from the high chair, golf cart and small things such as tumbler cups!! The master bedroom was so nice and spacious and included the pack and play which we brought our own mini mattress for our baby to sleep comfortably! Would highly recommend this home for family’s with young children! There were plenty of games inside and outside so much entertainment for the whole family to enjoy! I’ve never seen a 3 bunk in a rental it was perfect for the kids they enjoyed it so much! Lizette was an amazing host! So nice and quick with responses via text! If you're questioning booking this home, don’t it’s amazing and you won’t be disappointed! ❤️

The cleanest and most perfect rental

I have never stayed somewhere and not had a complaint about something... that was not the case here. The home is perfect in every way! It is beautiful and totally spotless!! I have never stayed somewhere so clean! You cannot tell this is a pet friendly place, there was not a dog hair in sight. The beds were comfy, there was soap at every sink, every kitchen supply you could think of was provided and labeled. Even the toilet paper was great quality. lol We loved the golf cart! We made wonderful family memories here. Communication with the owner was amazing!! Do not hesitate to book this home. I promise you will not regret it.

Excellent, well maintained home with an attentive host.

Met family in PCB for Thanksgiving, 2022. This is a really nice home, with a great kitchen and living space layout. The home is extremely well kept and absolutely spotless. The check-in was easy and the host followed up to make sure everything was going well. The house is just a couple of blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. 100% hope to stay here again next time we are in PCB.

Great Stay Nice and Clean Though of everything

House was very clean, owners had everything labeled and extras of everything in case you forgot anything. I was worried about the fees as it was a little higher then some, but glad I went with this rental as again it was a great home well maintained. Golf Cart was nice to drive over to the beach. Fenced in back yard was nice for our dogs to be able to run and play. Easy Check In. I would recommend for anyone with a family's as well, as there is a ton of room. Thanks again

Fantastic Stay

Let me start by saying the house is everything you think its going to be. It feels like somewhere you want to live as soon as you walk in. Everything is clean and bright. The yard is the perfect size for your dog to run around and a cute little back porch for you to relax on. Lizette provides just about everything you need for your stay and it's all great quality. My kids loved the basketball goal in the garage and they tried to take the blankets home with us. And having the golf cart absolutely spoiled us. I'm never going to want to walk to the beach on vacation again. But you could walk if you wanted to- it might take you 10 minutes at most. And everything you need for the beach is waiting for you in the garage- chairs, umbrellas, toys. It's got everything you need to set the stage for a wonderful family vacation. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect PCB house with the best bed!

We have stayed in many homes via VRBO and Air B&B and hands down this home tops them all! The home is immaculate, the owner is super friendly, and they truly cater to dogs and their owners. Instead of the worn out master bed you normally find in rental homes, this home has THE BEST BED. I have chronic back issues and was shocked to sleep completely through the week with no back pain. I can’t even do that at home! I contacted the owner and she was quick to provide me with the mattress info. If you need a place to stay in PCB for you and your pups, stop looking this is THE ONE!

Perfect House for Perfect Beach Stay!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with easy and quick access to the beach. The Owners/Hosts have done a great job with the house and all the things needed to have a great vacation. From a very nicely decorated interior to all the things needed for the beach, this place is amazing. It rivals some of the best hotels in the US as far as amenities. Our 5 days stay went too fast and if we ever return to PCB, this is where we are staying again!
