    Located in the quiet, beautiful neighborhood of Sunnyside Beach on the Westside of Panama City Beach. House is just a short golf cart ride(golf cart included) or a 10 minute walk through the very peaceful neighborhood to one of the most wonderful beaches in the world! Beautiful white sand on the private SunnySide beach area.
    This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home includes a large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The open living area features a large Smart TV. This home sleeps 7 people, so be sure to bring the whole family and enjoy your own slice of paradise! This property is ideal for two families as well.
    In the evening, after relaxing at the beach all day, you can come home and shower off outside and take a quick dip in the pool. Take advantage of the large, fenced in yard by playing ball with the kids.
    We are only a 5 minute drive to Win Dixie, Publix or the always great Carousel Grocery store. Minutes away from everything Panama City Beach has to offer.
    With an abundance of family friendly attractions, water parks, top notch dining, beach activities and an amazing outdoor mall, PIER PARK, there is plenty of entertainment in or out of the water. Everything was very nice and clean. The property was just as advertised with a very nice pool. I suggest bringing your own beach chairs, the chairs at the house are a bit old. Other than that, was a very nice stay and would definitely go back again!

Beautiful property, house is well maintained. The zoysia lawn is immaculate and so is the upkeep of the grounds. The pool was our favorite hangout, it was very clean and very well built and maintained. The only negative i can say is the bed pillows, bring your own! The family loved the comfortable couch for napping, sleeping and watching movies. All around 10 out of 10, and will highly recommend to others. Beach access was easy, load up car, 3-5 minute drive out of the neighborhood to front beach road and you are right at the public beach access parking. There was a golf cart on property for use however we did not need it for anything so we did not use it. Great place for a family vacation!!

The property was better than advertised and communication with the manager was great. I could not recommend this enough: the kids loved the pool in the mornings and the short trip to the beach in the afternoons.

The location is perfect for our needs, and the host was probably the most responsive of any other property that we have used on VRBO. We had a wonderful stay & I cannot recommend this property enough! From the ample space, large pool, golf cart to get you to & from the beach & being fully stocked with all the things you would want to enjoy your stay, this property has it all. The communication from the host is also top notch. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Loved It

We loved this house. The location was great. Home was exactly as listed in the description and was spacious and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and a short golf cart ride to the beach which was not as crowded as expected. Would definitely stay here again.
