We had a great stay overall. The owner was excellent to communicate with and made everything easy from booking through checkout. The location was fantastic, and the beds were very comfortable. The home could use some updates, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The property is clean, beautiful, and in a great location! It is very walkable, and the beach tram is easy to use. Grant consistently communicated with us before and during our stay, offering many great restaurant and shop recommendations. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing house to rent. if it continues to remain a good price than i will probably rent again. they were super nice to work with!! very clean and spacious.

if you get this property, definitely get insurance. Our whole group put together a lot of money so we could stay at this house and all our flights ended up getting canceled with absolutely no possible way for us to get to Florida until two days into our 3 day trip. Those called and said that one of the bed steps have been broken and it wasn’t gonna be fixed to which we are very happy to accommodate however, when we explained our situation how we really would like at least a partial refund of some sorts they were not understanding at all and give us absolutely no refund or we’re understanding towards us.

Great communication with owners. Great location. The 4 bikes were great and we enjoyed the trail right out back, it also did provide extra privacy. There were Beach chairs and beach towels, beach toys that were nice

The best house for families!

We had a great stay! The house exceeded our expectations and the neighborhood was safe, clean and easy to access the beach. We had 4 families and lots of little kids and the house was perfect for us all! We hope to book again!

Enjoyed staying at The Crown Jewel; right in the middle of a lovely Seacrest community and a short walk to the beach. Grant was very helpful as well.

Beautiful house. Great location. Short walk to amazing pool and beach area. We were able to book a bonfire on the beach which was enjoyed by our entire group! Grant was very responsive and offered great tips on things we should do while there. Enjoyed it so much that we booked for next year!

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures! The location was great- a seven minute walk to Rosemary Beach and about a 10 minute walk to Alys beach. We had six kids with us ranging from eight months old to six years old, and it was perfect for two families of 10! Plenty of space and awesome bunkbeds for the kids. Grant was a great communicator. Access to pool and beach. We will definitely be staying here again!!

A great family vacation

This house was beautiful and very spacious and clean. Grant was a more than gracious host. Everything was really great. My whole family had a wonderful time and would love to rent again. You cannot find anything nicer.

The Crown Jewel was a perfect place to stay for all of us. There were 16 of us total ( age range between 81years - 2 months ) perfect location, everything you need is there, great communication and perfect layout of the home. We loved it so much, we know we will return again. Thank you Grant for sharing the home!
