Gut: Sauberkeit
Beautiful modern updated condo. Magnificent views and sunsets. If I were rating condo alone it would be 5 stars. However, they are doing renovations currently which we were aware of but the construction noise was much louder and constant then typical construction. Pools and hot tubs were closed. We arrived at 4 on our first day and as soon as we walked into the room we could not hear each other. When went out on the balcony and it was worse. It was constant loud pitch grinding sanding and sounds like a jackhammer. We reached out to property manager and hosts both. The property manager said she could not help us and to contact the host. The host responded via chat that he appreciated us reaching out but that he had no other availability in the building. I then asked if he had any properties anywhere else to which he never responded. The noise ended at 5 that evening. We hoped the construction wouldn’t be as bad the following day. However at 8:00 the next morning it started just as loud again. I waited until 9:00 to message the host again and explained our situation. He responded that he would check into it further. We left the condo for to escape the noise. When the host never responded that day, we reached out to Vrbo. They collect info and video with audio and reached out to the host and said they would contact us when they heard back from him. Vacation has come and gone. It’s been a week and no response.
