Let’s start with communication, after requesting (3 times) the possibility of an early check in and never getting a response. When I received the email with the codes I was told that extra time was taken to clean the property. Now for the entry code, I was told the code was for the lock box. When in fact it was for the cypher lock on the door. Also there was supposed to be a parking pass in the property. There was not. After several phone calls, each one assuring me it would be taken care of. I received another email stating they no longer issue parking passes for the property. Now for cleanliness, in the main bedroom there was a comforter in the closet that appeared to just thrown on the luggage stand. There was trash on the floor behind the nightstand and behind the door. The ceiling fan blades were filthy with dirt and dust. The threshold transition between the carpet and tile had screws that were not tight and sticking up. This caused an cut on the bottom of my foot. The bathroom was clean. However, during the reservation process I indicated that there would be three adults. And only one face cloth was provided. In the main living area, there was trash on the floor under the end table. Now for the loft, the spiral staircase was very narrow making it impossible to take full size suitcases up to the loft. The outside entry light was burnt out making it difficult to see the cypher lock at night. I have photos to support all my acquisitions.
