  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great property, close to beach, pools, mini golf , pickleball, shuffleboard this resort has it all. The property was clean, check in was easy, gated community and property owner very responsive. Will rent again.

Pre Thanksgiving Getaway

This condo was such the perfect size, cozy clean and loaded with everything we needed!! Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach but the weather was perfect for this easy little trek! The resort property is HUGE with pools and amenities galore! It was also a great area for my sweet pup…..most of the residents and visitors seemed to have and be animal lovers 😍. The owner, Sonnie, was so gracious and responsive! The rental price was beyond reasonable for all of the benefits!! Thank you Sonnie for a wonderful getaway before the holiday chaos!! 😉

Awesome stay!

Great condo and in a great location! A few steps to the pool and mini golf and a short walk to beach! Restaurants and stores close by. Great family vacation and what topped it all off was being able to bring our dogs as well to enjoy it! Plenty of green space around to walk the dogs which was great. Very well stocked condo with everything you need from putters to beach items, etc! Only had one question while there and when I reached out I received a very fast response. Thanks for everything! Sonnie was such an amazing host! We were in contact months before our trip about random details. Changes to how many people coming. She was amazing from start to finish. The house was in an amazing gated community with options for golf carts. Once we rented the golf cart, we were right at the beach entrance. Highly recommend that. Putt putt on property and 11 pools!! The beds were so comfortable and had plenty of extra towels for beach use and shower use. Kitchen was well stocked with bowls, plates, silverware, etc. Sonnie was by far the best part though. She was so accommodating and always nice and I never felt weird for reaching out to her! Amazing host!! Great property. Will be staying again. There was also a club house specifically for our condo where they served alcohol and food, as well as another pool right on the beach!! 5 stars ⭐️

Perfect Place

The overall property was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed for our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament, the location was close to all the events for the tournament as well as many great restaurants. We had one minor issue during our stay that was handled quickly and effectively by the owner and maintenance crew. We truly appreciated how easy it was to work with them and got back to enjoying our vacation with no other issues. We can’t wait to get back down there again for a stay.

Perfect Spot!

Great location for family of 4, and pet friendly! Easy walk to beach and pool, convenient location in heart of PCB. Very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, or towels!!! Host was lovely, very easy to reach, and super helpful when we locked ourselves out by accident. Highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent time at Sonnie’s townhouse! We loved the location of the townhouse to the pool and mini golf which we used during our stay. There is a walk to the beach but a private entrance, so even that wasn’t too bad. We will definitely keep her in mind if we venture to Panama City Beach again in the future.

Exactly what we needed

Visiting for the PCB Ironman and this was exactly what we needed. Arrived the afternoon before and everything we would need was provided, made the decision to stay in and rest so easy. Location was perfect, close but not so close that we would get stuck in traffic. Plenty to do around the place. Gated community gives you a piece of mind, so quiet. Could not think of anything that would have made it better. We will definitely be trying to stay here again next year. Thank you!

First family beach trip!

I want to start by saying that we booked this property because it was pet friendly so we had planned on bringing our schnauzer with us, but unfortunately he passed away a month before the trip. :( We did have a few cleanliness issues due to it being a pet friendly property, but we had an overall good experience. (Also would like to add that I brought up to owners attention and she apologized and said she would take care of it and was great with communication!) It’s a great location, in the middle of a great part of PCB, and the owner has a welcome gift upon arrival which was very much appreciated and so nice! It’s very close to a pool, and easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. We did not walk to the beach from the property, where we had a toddler we had too much stuff to tote for that long of a haul, and we thought it would just be easier to pack everything up and drive, but I do think it would take longer than 7 minutes to get to the beach from the location. The townhouse has everything you need for your stay and we enjoyed our first family beach trip! :)

Panama City beach family vacay

The reservation process was easy and the property was exactly as stated but a member of our group had an illness, amazingly Sonnie was able to rearrange a later date that everyone was able to attend. The condo is 2 stories but the downstairs half bath is a lifesaver for the gran’s. The kitchen is well stocked, and the furniture is comfy, we used the green coverlets provided as a preventive measure for our little Chihuahua mix. Not much hair but he’s a jumper. The bedrooms are upstairs and if you usually sleep on king size beds (we do) theses will be too small and much less comfortable than you are use too. A pool, mini golf, and shuffle board are just outside the back door and folks are quite friendly. A provided cart will help with your trek to the beach, it easy going but coming back is a bit more challenging. We brought a toddler and the provided gate was a great thing to have to keep her off the stairs, where carpet would benefit from a good scrubbing. The laundry room is a great thing to have and was stocked with extra coolers and beach towels for the forgetful. We sat on the patio in the afternoon enjoying a lemonade under the umbrella and talking with the golfers. Will we stay here again probably not, it’s a great place to stay but with a toddler and gran’s nearly 70 I think we will need a flat next year. Thank you Sonnie for all your hospitality. You made it all possible!!

Away from the hustle and bustle!

We enjoyed this townhouse and its location. Close to the beach and the community is very nice and quiet. it was equipped with everything you need. I suggest renting a golf cart from the community. You can pack up your stuff and head to the beach!

Everything was great the host sonnie was awesome quick response time would definitely stay again quiet neighborhood and when they said pack light they really mean it everything was there that we need for cooking definitely 10 for me

Great stay!!!

Our host was most welcoming. She was quick to respond to my emails. I thank hier for that. What about places: wow! Everything was there, nothing was missing. The beach is very close at 7 minutes walk in a very quiet area. The neighbors are very nice. Oh yes! Just behind the house we have access to the swimming pool. Finally, the beds were very comfortable. don't miss this opportunity. Thank you Sonnie 😃
